Waitress was on her cell phone while our deep fried sushi sat there for like ten minutes. She asked twice if we had gotten our soup and salad bc she didn't bring it to us, Bc she was to busy on her phone, and we could see her. Was just horrible service. Props to the older lady who tried to pick up her slack. But still giving 3 stars bc she doesn't need to be a waitress and heard the staff even talking about her. So they know. If im going to pay 100 dollars for food than the service should match.
Always my favorite place to eat, whether it's for lunch or dinner! Recently celebrated my birthday there and the chef made the lunch extra special. The food is amazing, the chefs are hilarious, all around a great place to eat.
We went there for lunch, and we were not disappointed. They had a lot of great choices, the Sushi menu was extensive to say the least. And hibachi was perfect! The shaft at a wonderful job of entertaining and cooking everything just like we like it. Fortunately for us it was not overcrowded, and it really was very accommodating. It was a great place to have a celebration for her birthday. Or just an average place to go for dinner. But either way if you show up here you’re not gonna be disappointed with anything you get.
We received great service from Kalyia and Zach and yo yo! Yo yo was really funny while cooking our food. Zach was pushing through a busy day. Kalyia checked on us a lot too which was nice. The food was all really good and fills you up! I loved the scallops and my friends say the steak is the best they get anywhere! Will definitely be back!
We love going to Zuki. We usually just go for sushi and set on that side of the restaurant, but their hibachi is entertaining and good as well. The quality of their sashimi and rolls is the best around. I have eaten sushi at several nice restaurants around the country and I would put Zuki up against all of them, in that area. The restaurant is little dated, so if you care more about the atmosphere than the quality of the sushi, then you might not be as impressed.
Just left, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be asked if I needed help. I wanted to place a to go order since no one answered when I called. Several girls were working and walking by me. One even texting on her cell then went to the back so she wouldn’t be bothered. No one asked me if I needed help until I turned around to walk away.Not a good first impression at all. They weren’t even busy. There were 3 tables of people. Like really…
Took my daughter there for her birthday dinner and the staff was awesome especially the cook. We really had a great time.
Met a friend for lunch here today. Staff was attentive and quick. Started with a salad for me, and soup for my friend. My salad was OK, very watery at the bottom. I ordered a salmon topped sushi roll. It tasted good but the salmon didn't look fresh like it does at Domo. The hibachi show was cute. Good but nothing special. I ordered the shrimp with calamari lunch combo. My friend got the teriyaki steak lunch. Both our meals were delicious. The calamari was cooked perfectly. Tender, not chewy at all. We both got a huge portion. Combined with the rice and vegetables, it was 2 or 3 meals easily. Overall an enjoyable meal.
Sat 15 minutes before busboy got us something to drink. Ordered finally and crab Rangoon were burnt. Another couple beside us had been waiting on food for over 30 minutes. Waiter told us he was not suppose to be taking orders. Horrible service and experience. Hibachi side was very busy, so restaurant side was neglected. Supposedly an upscale restaurant. Never go back. This was the Zuki on Green River Rd.
