The food was great! Service was ok but our server was slow and didn’t remember when we would ask for something. Hopefully caught her on bad day.
Great service, and great food. Music was excessively loud and the hour and a half wait was painful on the wooden bench with my back injury. The real downside is the bloody inner upper lip from the sharp rim of my sprite glass. Overall experience was a 3 out of 5.
service was horrible. wrong salad down to no sides served. then when we got the side..we were charged for it...when it comes with the meal!!! booo
They cannot seat a party together that have more than 6. After coming in and requesting a table for 8 for a birthday party, waiting 45 minutes then being escorted to 2 separate booths we walked out. Spoke with a manger and they said the could not accommodate a party bigger then 6. When we walked out seem like no one cared about the 8top. Will no longer do business with them.
Ordered medium rare, got well done. Sent it back, got something that would be best described as blue rare. They took my plate when I sent back my first steak, it had my side of chili on it. When I got the plate with the second not medium rare steak, my chili was no where to be found. Spent $25 to get two wrong steaks, 0 correct steaks, and 1 of my two sides taken. Don’t waste your time here.
We went on Mother's Day weekend and the wait was an hour and a half- the wait was definitely worth it! Obviously with that wait it was a packed house, but our server was attentive and the food was amazing!
Great early dinner. We always have great food and service at this location. The salad was crisp and fresh and the prime rib was fantastic!
The server was very good the food is excellent as usual the only problem I have I was extremely disappointed and surprised when the manager told me that they soak the baked potatoes and mashed potatoes in bacon grease before they cook themOn one hand I am very appreciative that he told me that since I do not consume any pork products on the other hand he failed to acknowledge that they should list that on their menu for other customers hopefully this message will get through corporate
The steak was cooked perfectly. The server I am going to hope was new. She only checked on our table twice and refilled our drinks with the incorrect beverage. We had to flag down another server to go and locate her so we could pay the bill. If you get a talented server who's paying attention the food is worth it!
they do not treat people equally, manager bullied her own staff that was special needs & they fired her. not special meeds friendly, do not bring your family here?
