Food was way overpriced and not even that good. I lived in the area for years and loved Taco John's food. Menu was completely different. Food was thrown togeather. Salad was half out of the shell. 2 combination burritos again thrown together all cheese on one end, sour cream all on other end. I will not ever be going to ANY other Taco John's. A total wast of money ?
This place has switched food service providers and the food is almost unedited and they charge a premium. I loved the old taco John’s! It’s a complete waste of your hard earned dollars.
They used to be awesome but not anymore. Quality has seriously gone downhill. We've tried them numerous timesand always the same -- soggy dripping burrito and taco sauces leaking out onto everything else in bag, greasy potato oles and do they EVER DRAIN their taco meat before making tacos?? ? Taco Bell isn't even this bad.
Went inside because the drive thru was to the road. Took 20 minutes of standing there for one of the 16 year old girls to ask me what I wanted. Ordered. Got it. Completely wrong. Food overfried. Do not go here. It's a disgrace now.
Took 5 min to order drive through.( nobody was in front of me.) Pay...then told to pull to a parking space...which I have to back up to achieve. (Lucky no one was behind me.) Wait 5 min to get my six pack and a pound and the potatoe oles were overcooked and not fresh. I may add 3 other customers had to do the same as me. Not happy as I work food services and this is abysmal. Management needs a wake up call.
Called to make sure they were open, and they said they were open until 7PM because of the bad weather. Drove out there, waited in line for 20 minutes, then they turned us away and it was only 6:40PM. Absolutely ridiculous. If they would have put out a cone or let us know before we waited so long it would have been different, but the way they turned us away after a long wait was completely uncalled for.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE!!! Not only did I not recieve my full order after 2 trips the manager lied and said that it was correct and everything was in the bag. I ordered 2 quesadelias, 6 pack and a pound with Xtra meat and cheese with sour cream on the tacos and 2 lg drinks. I received the 6 pack and a pound, nacho cheese, a cup of sour cream, and 5 drinks with no straws or napkins in the bag. The receipt was not even close to being correct, if you are having issues with online ordering maybe get your IT dept to get it corrected instead of lying to customers that is never good business practice. Needless to say after 2 trips the food was cold and unedible, this is the second time this has happened, will not be back.
Hurts me to see this location go down hill.The burrito I got was beef on one side and lettice on the other.Also the service is pretty lack luster, with the cashier being quit rude and rushed. I completely understand it is fast food but if other locations can be friendly, so can they.The whole store needs a good clean. It's a must for all restaurants.I hope things start looking up for this location, but as of now I won't be coming back.
Nice friendly people working there but the food wasn't good. I got the boss chicken burrito and it had tons and tons of black olives and sour cream. Couldn't even taste anything else. The nacho cheese sauce was cold and not spicy. Just blah all the way around
I ordered the food in drive-thru then getting home didn’t have the food I ordered.Went back and got manger would not remake our food. Couldn’t understand that the food would be cold. Was a complete j*** about the situation.He did void my bill , I hope to get the money back
