everything ok!- all items in bag- every item made well- consistent with expectedOnly thing:--/ WHEN ARE WE EVER GONNA HAVE MEXICAN PIZZA AGAIN ??? \--overall a grade 'A' experience

Pretty bad customer service tonight. Ice machine didn't work, sodas were flat, stood at the front waiting to order for a good 5-10 minutes before even being acknowledged, then waited another 5-10 minutes to get a refill before leaving (since the lobby machines didn't work) and left because nobody acknowledged us. Won't be going back.

Tried to walk up and order food. Drive through is the only thing open(diner is closed permanently). Called and was told to come to door and they would take my order. Went up to door and was greeted with attitude and discontent. If it's such a problem to take my order then my business will go somewhere else, which is exactly what I did. Screw this place!

Went to Taco Bell on Green River Rd. for breakfast, got there at 8:05ish, waited about 10 minutes and then a lady comes over the intercom and proceeds to yell "WERE NOT OPEN YET!". I said "OH I'm sorry, Google says you're open at 8." She says "Nope we don't open until 8:30." I said "I'm cool with just chillin" because literally like 10ish minutes until they open. She then proceeds to raise her voice even louder and says "YOU CANT JUST SIT IN MY DRIVE THRU!!". I said "I'm sorry I'll sit in the parking lot, and then just radio silence. Not a word back. Super rude and unprofessional, ALSO if your hours aren't correct, you NEED to fix them.

Every time I've ordered from any of the Taco Bell people are very polite in the food is good didn't have any problems with it

I walked from. My motel to get food. Walked into taco bell 5 or 6 employees standing around. Finally someone threw a sign on the counter and said baby order at the kiosk. I said I'm paying cash and she was already walking away. Luckily there was a firehouse sub shop next door. Customer service absolutely sucks!

They’re supposed to be opened at 8am according to their hours posted here. Sat in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes waiting on someone to answer the speaker at 8:25 am. Took three phone calls before somebody answered the phone. She then told me that they were closed. I mentioned putting signs up or something letting customers know and she told me it was against store policy. How else are your customers gonna know that you’re closed if there isn’t anything posted saying that?? Probably won’t go back to this Taco Bell again.

I got a nacho bell grande, most of the chips were very stale and by the time it got to me the rest of them were soggy. They didn't give me a fork so I had to dig one up, I was staying in a hotel at the time.

Bought a Doritos loco supreme party pack and was given regular hard shell tacos and they were soggy and gross by the time I made it home I paid an extra 10+ dollars. Won't be going back for awhile

Compared to the Taco Bell on Covert Ave., this place Rocks!!! Drive thru was crowded just as Covert Ave. was, but this location runs their drive-thru, the way the others should!!! At most 2-2.5 minutes per order, and when I recieved my food, it was right, the first time!!!In short, this location knows what they are doing!!! Keep it up Management
