DO NOT GOT TO THIS LOCATION!! Drive thru order, made me wait on the chicken so they could re-fry it.... beans were crusty and old. Gave us no sauce. Really angry about this service. Atleast the Baja Blast was carbonated.
Ordered chicken soft shell taco and they had 1-2 pieces of chicken. Pretty pitiful.
This was the most unprofessional Place I’ve ever been. The staff was rude and they said they were out of basically everything they sell and they were gonna turn us away if it weren’t for the fact we had placed a mobile . Not only was our food wrong and covered in lettuce when we asked for none, they also didn’t give us any sauce and on top of that we had food missing in our order. When we called to just get them correct the issue the manager on May 29th 2022 at 6pm decided to yell, barrage, and curse at us When all we wanted was the right order. Will never go back to this place and will definitely call corporate.
Everytime I go thru the drive-thru my order is always wrong. The last time I went I ordered 3 soft shell tacos without lettuce add sour cream. I got chicken and cheese, bit no sour cream.
Mexican Pizza is back !!! This visit was the best I've ever had at a Taco Bell.. everything was hot, and got it fast too..also had a Steak powerbowl..tha bomb. All Good, everything ! this location is on it..Morgan & Highway 41
Terrible location. Always an issue with this location. Avoid if possible.They never have the actual restaurant open. When they mess up your order you have to go sit through the drive through again.Hire some workers to do their job or shut it down all together.
I had to wait 45 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break just to receive what I already ordered/paid for. Called them to see if they could just run the food out to my vehicle given that I'm on my lunch break and don't have time for this, all for the guy to come outside and hear me honk my horn at him and yell sir and everything and he walks back inside so I am STILL waiting in the drive thru line... extremely unsatisfactory customer service. Will never be going back to this location
They are always out of Cinnabons when I go to order. Not too mention my favorite, ranch Doritos tacos ugh! Some employees there could stand for home training, otherwise they are expedient getting you thru the line.
The past two times that I have been at this location the service has been terrible, the employees rude and hateful. I went there this morning for breakfast and they didn’t have their menu, I asked about it and they said nothing and then I asked again and they replied with “well don’t you have a phone“. How is it that hard to do a job?
I ordered 2 chalupa meals, beef instead of chicken, 2 regular bean burritos, and a cheesy-gordida crunch flaming hot cool ranch. Everything looked correct on the board.As I got my order i was told to wait, and then told to I had everything and to go ahead.When I got home, both chalupas were chicken, the bean burritos were the Chipotle ones, and the Gordida crunch was missing. Looking at the receipt it said chicken for the chalupas but it hadn't shown that on the board.The food was good quality for what we got, just make sure to check all of your order and reciept before you leave or you might not get everything or it mightve been put in wrong.
