Good service. Friendly staff. More expensive then I remembered, but good and filling food. Clean store.
Food was great and store was clean. Staff were standoffish but it was very busy so maybe that was it.
Love subway hate this one. Found a hair in the sandwich.
Hadn't had Subway in a while and won't be back because of price increases and menu changes. Staff was super friendly at this location though and the bread was fresh.

I don't know what happened, two years ago this was probably the best subway in town. Today, its by far the worst I've ever been to. Let me tell you, there is nothing like spending 40 minutes in the drive thru because the cashier can't understand if you want a wrap or sub even though you clarified 3 times. Then waiting for 20 minutes at the window just for them to take my card. Next issue, my order was a complete failure. They forgot to give me several items I asked for, when I specified how much mayo to put on, I literally said, just a very small amount of mayo please, and they freaking drowned it. It was literally pouring out of the wrapping paper. And regarding what I was missing in my order, they charged me for it and it was on my receipt. When I went to the window all I got was a bag of chips. I would have asked for my sandwich remade but they were so unfriendly I felt they would probably spit in itI can not explain just how bad the service was today. Really just a disgraceful service. Oh and just for the cherry on top, I said hello, and couldn't get a response, I said thank you, couldn't get a response, I said have a good night and I couldn't get a response. All around awful service.i normally don't make reviews unless positive, but this was just terrible.
We have given this place chance after chance after chance and only because subway is my husband's favorite place to eat by far. However, this is the worst subway I've ever been to. They are horribly slow, some employees are terribly rude, constantly getting our order wrong in some way and the last straw was after 35 minutes in line, start to finish, they got our order wrong for two of three subs and in the third I found a hair in my sandwich tonight. When we pay $30 for our food, I don't think it's to much to ask for our correct order in a timely manner, without hair. We will not ever be returning and I truly hope this review knocks down some of their business. I HIGHLY recommend that everyone go to the subway on N St. Joe by Casey's. They have been wonderful everytime we have been there, correct order, fast service and friendly. Please don't give this subway on First Ave a chance, you will more than likely be very disappointed.
