This is my go to spot on Lincoln when I want subway. I've always had great costumer service each time until the other day.... The little manager lady was rude. She told me at first I couldn't get my food because they didn't have change for the currency I was using. Say what? Then she says in a very rude tone there's a sign that says it. So as I search the store for the sign at the last minute I see a small posted note like really who sees that? But she ended up having change after all....
Light lettus means just that about the lettus on the sandwich....LIGHT. extra meat or double meat, also mean just that, EXTRA or DOUBLE.
OMg, a zero for the prices. That was my last visit to subway. I asked about the Cali steak and was told it a discounted steak with extras. OMg, just got charged $14 for a sandwich with only difference a piece of bacon. And they didn't even include the guacamole I was told comes on it. Feel like I got scammed $4 for a piece of bacon I didn't want. The $10 for the sandwich was already too much. Done with Subway
Whoever works the drive thru needs a lesson in your taking orders because this sub is nothing what I asked for & they charged me for something I didn’t even ask for at the window.
