Closed at 8:40am for employee to take 30 minute break. I understand employees need breaks, but this seems like terrible timing for a coffee shop to be closed.

The people working here act like they don’t want to be there and can never get any decent service around there. Either they’re out of something or they won’t take the time to appreciate my business. I’ll take my business over across the street where they have better stuff anyways.

Horrible service. One person working here. 3 people in one party ordered and she spent the next 15 minutes asking their drinks. The line continued to grow! Why would there EVER only be one person working at a Starbucks??? Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. And that’s saying a lot.

Great experience through the drive-thru. It usually is pretty slow, and sometimes haven't gotten my drinks right. It has definitely improved recently. Great job
