I'm a Northsider, but I'd go to this one occasionally because it's near my work. It can get busy, but the only time recently that I had an issue with my order, Jessica (one of the managers - blonde, glasses, piercings) was so nice and so helpful in resolving it that this is now my preferred store. I feel like they value my business.

It was crowded. We used the app to make our order and got to the location on time but waited for a push notification that the drinks were ready before we attempted to get thru the crowd to pick up the drinks. 15 minutes later we went in anyway and the drinks were waiting on us watered down.
Customer service sucks. Ordered thru the app and most times they don't get the order. Workers think I'm trying to steal their drinks.
Waited 45 minutes inside while the drive through poured out people getting their orders. For them to give me the wrong drinks. Absolute worst experience.
Guarantee drink completion drive thru not sure about inside pick up most locations have trouble making classics they made a good good drink the way and with extra thx✌?

Drive thru was packed, so I went inside to order. Received my order fast and was gone before where I would have been in the drive thru line had even ordered.
