They used to always be really friendly when I went through, but today and another day recently they were pretty rude.

Came on the 24th, girl in the window with brown hair and bangs was so lovely, took my order and we had a great banter. They brightened my day?

Never a complaint I get what I order. Sometimes I domt like it but that's because I try something new.

This is a great place to meet with clients. This particular Starbucks location has a lobby that is big enough to accommodate several people without feeling too cramped and the coffee is always on point!

Always love this place...but... spent about 35 mins total in drive thru got wrong coffees too.. asked for expresso Fraps and got coffees fraps. Big difference lol. But still a great and friendly staff! Haven't had an issue there ever other than this and I will still be back and recommend this location!! Still get 5 stars ? from me!! ??

Favorite Starbucks in Eville. Drinks made good and staff is knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I usually go between 5am~6am.

Messes up my order every single time without fail. Just seems like the employees are too lazy to pay attention and/or fix their mistakes. Just go to the one on first avenue

Ordered online as I typically do when I get Starbucks. When I arrived to pick up my drink, they had it hiding behind the counter, so I had to wait for an employee to acknowledge me, so I could ask where my drink was. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online.

I've done alot of business here. Hours are constantly changing and even now online they are wrong(does not open at 5am on Saturday) Also the one on first avenue(Their sister store) used to open at 5am on Saturday and Sunday up until very recently but they had it changed. Just goes to show nobody really wants to get back to work but there are still some good apples in the bunch. Pretty inconvenient to have the wrong hours posted. They are doing some training over there but are they letting trainees post the hours online?

They said they close at 7. Went downtown and lights were already off also. They might as well close at 5 so people go look for other places to drink coffee. Edit: store on first ave was open, even though the digital announcer on the intercom said they're closed. Could've went to Duncan on the way there, but driver wanted something specific.
