service was terrible. 2 other tables that were seated after us got waited on before us . Took forever for our pizza, which ended up being over cooked.. they actually brought it to our table! After 3 different people came to our table to apologize and make a new one, we were pretty sure they said we wouldn't be charged.....wrong. Paid for a new one and went home with it.. Last time we will eat there.
We were in a hurry last night to get something to eat before a movie- we drove by spankys pizza and decided it shouldn’t take too long and to go ahead and give something new a try. Boy are we glad we did! We ordered quickly- simple pepperoni pizza, and cheese filled breadsticks. We told the waitress we were in a little bit of a hurry, so we just wanted to order something simple without looking through the menu too much- she was fantastic! Food was so quick, cheese filled breadsticks are handmade and delicious, they come with garlic butter sauce, and some marinara- which is also homemade marinara. Pizza came out, hot and fresh- cracker crust was obviously handmade. There was nothing we disliked about the restaurant. This has definitely become a new favorite place to eat- and is absolutely the best pizza joint we’ve ever been to! I should mention, we were seated, order taken, served, and paid- in just under 30 minutes!! Top notch place!
I had a great experience from the time I entered until the time I left the food was absolutely wonderful ..Is my waitress always had a smile on her face she was very busy but she kept everything going at our table ...She was Amazing ... I will return great service awesome food
We arrived with 12 people for lunch. We were seated immediately and drinks served. Our orders were taken. The pizza, stromboli, and salads were delicious. The service was top notch!
Great food, great people, one of the earlier local chains to properly implement curbside mid-pandemic.Not much to say besides the fact I live close enough to be sick of ordering after all these years yet I still do at least once a month.
Love there cheese bread. Pizzas pretty good. Philly cheese steak isn't good. Takes awhile to get the food but great customer service.
I love pizza and rarely do I have complaints. This was absolutely disgusting! The crust was so hard it crumbled like it was old and stale. They didn't cut the pizza except the outside pieces.. The toppings were undercooked. A whole 16" pizza is going in the trash. Not worth the money at all. If I wasn't so tired last night, I would have driven back for a refund.
sitting the curbside and order a Stromboli at 6:38 pm on a monday....said a 15min wait time...wait till 7:20pm for food to be brought out....never showed up. I typically tip the curbside person that brings the order out 2 bucks. I wont be back because of this. AND i have been patronizing spankys since they were on sonntag. They just lost a loyal customer. IF i could give no stars I would.
We ordered a 16" Supreme and whole Stromboli. My husband ate before I did and thought it tasted funny. I tried it when I got off work and thought the same thing. We actually thought it was just our taste buds because we were just getting over a cold. When our daughter got home and ate some she felt the same as we did in that the meats were bad. Not only did it smell sour it also had a sour taste to it. We have given this place several chances because we'd heard so many good things, but unfortunately every time we ordered we were/are disapointed.. Lesson learned going forward. No more Spankys for us
In my opinion- one of the better, if not best, pizza places in town. Thin cracker crust and they arent afraid to load on the cheese and toppings. The wings are decent, as are the sides.
