Possibly the longest amount of time I have ever waited on someone to take my order and get my food. Screen said “red button activated, We’ll be with you soon” for over 35 minutes. Workers obviously do not care. Will never return.
No order. They were not taking orders from the app. The worker said that he could give me the rewards offer I have in the app then asked me to hold for a minute and 10 minutes later nothing. I left and went to the grocery store and got a TV dinner. So 2 stars because I did save money.
Sitting for 15 min with flashing red light and decided to leave. The girl working seems to be trying hard and sounded sweet telling the car next to me she was sorry but she's the only one working. It's Friday at 5pm... not good service. Won't be back.
several months ago my boyfriend and i had a bad experience but i decided to give it another shot. the first time, we ordered something very simple but the mozzarella sticks were cold and could tell without even biting into one. i asked for some new ones and they took the ones they’d given me the first time and said they would just toss them for me. they came back out and THEY WERE REFRIED. i have worked in fast food and i can tell when somethings been double dipped in the fryer but i didn’t say anything i just took the loss and left. this time, i came and ordered a cherry limeade with a 6 piece mozzarella sticks and about two minutes after my order was taken, the screen said someone was coming out with my food. over ten minutes later someone shows up with my order and i can tell it’s been sitting there on the warmer the whole time. I didn’t have the time or patience to potentially get in an argument with someone so i just dealt with it and left. will never return to this particular Sonic.
I'm not sure what happened on my visit but I was not able to get ahold of anyone! I sat in one stall for 10 minutes with no server request. The button was lit up. I had 2 people on either side of me pull up after me and order in that time. I went to another stall and had the same situation. Pretty disappointing. They do not have order ahead options through their app at this location either. They didn't look terribly busy at the time, but maybe they were understaffed or there were issues with the stalls... I didn't see any servers bring anything out to the other vehicles in that timeframe either. Hoping next time I can get a hold of the team!
Waited for quite a while after pressing the 'red button'....not even a greeting. One employee out back (looking comfortable in the fold out chair) to shortly be joined by 2 others....one of which I would venture to guess was management based off of the difference in uniform. We left along with 3 other vehicles that pulled in prior to us.
I would have given 5 stars but the card reader at the stall we were at was broken and no one said anything ahead of time. Otherwise food was great, the carhop was very friendly and overall a good experience.
Hit or miss. Most days it's great. Last time I went all the paper straw wrappers were sopping wet which is unsanitary and the time between the "delivering your order now" message and it arriving at the car was over 10 minutes. Not a great experience nor a typical one there.
Ordered a strawberry classic shake, no whipped cream. The shake came with whipped cream and were barely two small strawberries at best in it. Very disappointing. My friends and I won't be returning any time soon.
It feels like this place is slowly going down the drain. The machines are broken half the time, food takes forever, the place is in disrepair, overhead lights are flashing, etc. Overall staff is friendly but our overall experience has suffered dramatically in our last few visits. I think we'll come back in a few months once they fix their issues.
