They were busy! I only saw one person running the food out and from my view, only one person inside cooking. We pushed the red button to order but no one took our order so once the 10 minute mark hit, we left. At least one other car left at the same time as us. They also were never waited on. This was on a Friday evening around 9pm.
Don't be in a hurry. Employees were great just constantly understaffed. Why would you treat your workers this way. Much less devalue your customers time.

Go to the East side if you can, the west side sonic consistently messes up orders. Tonight I ordered two pretzels (that come with cheese) and a mozzarella stick with sauce, and a drink. All three items were incorrect, with no sauce in the bag. It would be understandable if it was one time, but it’s every time I order here.
Pull up to place order. By the time they answered it was 10:03 pm. They close at 10:00 pm. So they didn't take our order.
Even though short staffed they try their hardest to be quick! I do order from app and that seems to help. Friendly staff but trash could be taken out more frequently.
