This is the THIRD time I have gone to this Sonic and they just randomly decided to close with no explanation whatsoever. And the other two times I just laughed it off, but THIS time… they were open enough to take my money, but closed enough to not provide me with the product I already paid for. I was told to come back when the GM was there and they can give me my money back. Why bother, they’ll probably just close again. However, I have attempted to go to this Sonic 6 times and 50% of those times they have just closed at their own convenience.
Our bread for our quarter pound double had mold in the bun. Check your buns if you're eating here this week.
This is the second time I've ordered through the app and had an item ordered be out of stock. There is no warning from staff when you go to pick up and no offer of replacing said item. They will simply not give you the item or give you 2 of one of the items already ordered, be ready to not get all of what you wanted with no warning.
I have waited to post this because I have been so upset. The last few times I visited Sonic I have been devastated by disappointment. The food was cold twice, then took so long I had to leave without getting anything. The 1st time I ordered a regular chili cheese coney. It was quick service, I left because I was in a hurry got about a block away took a bite and the chili and hot dog were COLD!!! Though no biggie mistakes can be made. The second time I ordered a JR Double Cheese Burger waited 20 minutes, the sign said it was on the way out, saw everyone get orders including people who arrived after I and ordered larger orders. I called in and asked about about mine, they told me it was on the way out. The car hop said they were making it fresh and hot. I bite into my Burger to find it COLD! Fresh and hot??? Maybe 20 mins ago! The third and final let down was again with the burger, mind you it is just a Burger, and a drink. I am not ordering a large order. I had 35 minutes to be at work the drive is 20 minutes. I ordered something that should take no more that 10 minutes. I am there during a non busy time, there were only three cars in the stalls. I waited 5 mins after seeing the message that the carhop was on the way with my food then I had to leave because at that point I was pushing being late for work. I watched the car hop deliver three other cars orders that arrived after I did and after my message displayed. I did not have time for them to remake my food nor did I want I received cold food again. Just sad that my used to be favorite place has gone down so badly.
The #2 is our most sought after burger! It's so juicy and delicious ?. Good luck, finishing! On my cheat day, it's definitely at the top of my list! I wish they'd come up with some really good cheese curds and a TRUE Poutine!!! They would wreck shop, if they did!
If I could give negative stars, I would. This location is THE WORST. Ordered on the app, went to pick it up, checked in & waited for my order. They canceled my order & didn’t tell me, didn’t answer when I pressed the button to ask why. No one came outside, except 2 employees sitting outside on break. 3 cars left white I was there because no one answered to take their order.
I don’t know who manages this place but it seems like they consistently under staff. Machines are frequently broken and there is usually trash surrounding the parking lot. Since this business is normally not very busy and in a residential area I expect better.
I think the food and service is good but this place is trashed.... the amount of trash and spots on this property makes me not want to eat or visit this location. The outside parking spots is essentially the dinning area and it is never clean!
Ordered one drink and two ice creams we already paid so we couldn't leave it literally took around an hour to receive the order the screen even said order was on it's way it never showed. Best part there's glass window and you can see them make your food and everything a women literally had no gloves on sneezes in her hands and wipes her nose with her bare hands didn't even wash them and continued to make orders ??
I have to take away a couple of stars and here is why. I'm at the place I order in the app the new dill pickle burger tots and drink.it took so long I hit the red button and the worker came out. He said there was no order I pulled up receipt and showed him. He recognized the ticket it had been made and was sitting inside. I should have asked to have order remade because the food was not good at all. Tots were old dried out and burger was soggy and coating fell of pickle fries.2 stars for the app working.
