Great food and Sunny is an awesome waitress.
Ordered food from there and it was completely wrong.. they wrote my name down and said my next meal would be completely free. Come to find out I would have to order the exact same items for it to be free… they can’t be serious
Pretty good. Companion and I went at 6:30pm on a Thursday night and sat in the bar. There was only one other table occupied. I don't know how many were in the dining room but the parking lot was deserted. We actually thought they were closed when we pulled up.The good: Pizza was tasty. We split a large "Round the World" (essentially a supreme). Edges were nice and crispy (maybe too crispy for some). Ingredients were fresh. Sauce is good We both had a draft beer. We also shared some fried pickle chips to start. The bad: The service. There seemed to only be one server working and the bartender kept having to give her directions ("You have a table in the bar", "Did you take their drink order yet", etc). I don't know if she was new or what. The bartender finally just took our drink order herself and brought our drinks to us. When the server came she seemed annoyed that we were there. When we ordered fried mushrooms as a starter, she came back and said, "We're out of mushrooms.". No, "I'm so sorry, we just ran out," or other apology. I know it's not her fault something's not available but still. No cross-sell, like, "I'm sorry, we just ran out of the mushrooms...but the fried pickle chips are pretty tasty, too. Would you like those, or something else, instead?". It went that way the whole time we were there. Oh, well...Beer selection was basic. Amber Bock is about as fancy as you're going to get. This is more of a Bud Lite or Miller Lite place.Bottom line: I'd go back one more time to try a stromboli but Turoni's has better service, better or equal pizza, and they make their own beer.
Pizza used to be pretty good. I purchased one Friday night and it was not very good at all.It had the meat, cheese, and crust, but the Italian taste was not there along with the sauce which is where the Italian seasoning would be found.Sorry you get a zero and one less customer.
The hamburger on our taco pizza was freezer burned. The cheese tastes like it was past it's serve by date and I'm pretty sure any rating greater than 2 stars in the last 6 months is from a fake profile.I'll update this if we get food poisoning.
Had my granddaughters birthday party there. Great pizza, very nice and helpful staff!
The worst pizza I ever had missing ingredients we ask for pepperoni sausage and onion what we got was 4 slices of pepperoni and afew pieces of sausage and onions only on half crust was paper. thin very little sauce nasty pizza in evansville was Luke warm cheese was so thick could not chew it was like bubble gum. .I'm giving a zero wasted 15.00 on trash pizza
Pizza burnt around the edges and missing ingredients around the edges. Did not receive the Italian dressing for my Italian salad and of course its the dressing that makes the salad good. Really disappointed. Live to far to make trip back. Could not recommend
We had a wonderful time. The food was great and the staff was very friendly.
Although this great old establishment has changed hands, it is still offering the same wonderful items it has for years.
