My wife and I just got home from visiting the restaurant. I got the Bonzai burger, she got the Whiskey River barbecue burger. They were both great! We also ordered the bacon cheese fondue to go with all the fries. Wonderful! Very good service. We got their $10 specials.
The service was quick and the appetizers and food came out quickly. The food was nicely presented and also tasted very good. This was the first time I got a chicken sandwich and I enjoyed it as much as the burgers. My son and I had a good experience.
Ordered the fish and chips. Got my meal and it was sitting in a pile of grease. The garlic on the fries had to have been a garlic oil which overpowered the flavor of everything. The sweet peach tea wasn't mixed up. And the fries were soggy. Also for 1 burger with fries and fish and chips we were charged over 50 dollars.Made me remember real quick why I don't eat at red robin and why it's a dying chain.
Sam is one of the best servers! His friendly personality and attention to details was outstanding. The food was delicious and arrived to the table quickly. This experience definitely made my Mother’s Day!
I'm a big fan of RR! Been here a few times and always enjoy everything. This time I tried the BLTA (amazing) with garlic fries and a cookie. Everything was excellent! If you're looking for a sandwich you'll enjoy, check RR out!
I didn't catch her name, but the lady in the curbside to go today was the sweetest, most friendly person I've run across in I don't know how long. She is definitely an asset. I'll absolutely be back after that pleasant interaction
My husband and I were going to have lunch here yesterday. We both put our names on the list and then proceeded to the bathroom to wash our hands. My husband came out of the bathroom completely disgusted. In the men's room he found what appeared to be a "booger wall," for lack of a better description. He believes it must be an employee because it was dried on and there was a lot of blood and boogers. He lost his appetite and we decided to leave. It made us wonder what else is going on behind the scenes to food if they leave their bathroom that unsanitary. I now have a gift card I do not feel comfortable using at this location. I'm gonna have to find a different location to use my gift card. Please do better with your restaurant. I told the host so she could remove our names and explained to her why we were leaving and she just said, "Oh wow" and nothing further.
I stopped in at 5:30 on Thursday 3/10 and sat at the bar. Waited 10 minutes with no one showing up. I asked the hostess if there was a bartender working and the answer was yes. I went back and waited some more and spoke to another couple that came in before me and were still waiting for someone to show up. I finally gave up and wished them luck. I understand now why the place wasn’t very busy.
Excellent food. All the servers were friendly, helpful, & efficient.
Great burger! Tasty onion rings. Steak fries were hot and delicious. Service was great. Only draw back was cost. 2 burgers..1fry..1 onion ring.. saucer of cheese dip and 2 drinks almost $40.
