The prices are high but the portion and quality has gone down. We won't be back for a long time. I've been craving their cheesesticks but these were a total disappointment. They aren't the same and the sauce was different and really thick. Ordered a meal with flounder and butterfly shrimp. The shrimp just didn't taste cooked enough. And the flounder had an overwhelming fishy flavor. I've ordered this many times in the past and never had it be like that. By the looks of it, it was also baby flounder. The tiniest and thinnest pieces I've ever seen. It was ridiculous for that price. Our waitress was nice and that was the only good thing about our visit. Husband did love his shrimp pasta so at least it's the same.

Not sure what happened, but I got the worst service I have ever received from a Red lobster. It wasn't busy at all but took almost 30 min after being seated to get waited on... And only after I asked. The server was new, but no excuse. She had no problems checking the other tables. Asked for steak sauce and she never came back... No refills on drinks. I talked to the manager and while she knocked some of the price, it missed the point. The manager wasn't overly understanding and just made excuses. We were there for our 27th anniversary, and it was ruined. I'll probably not go back. Food was good but cold. I am celiac.. informed the server and she didn't act like she cared. I had a reaction. Not sure if new management, but they need to fix the current ones.Edit: i tried to leave expanded at the link you gave me but it errored out.

Food was great. Server was great, very friendly.Prices have obviously raised a lot since we last dined here. Also, there used to be an option for the lunch/smaller portions, even on Sundays, but not any more.?Seafood is not usually as good as leftovers, but we had to order larger portions, since the smaller ones weren't offered, so we have a lot of leftovers.

Try something new today!Oyster!!!! Sooooo fresh ! a dozen for $17.We order 2 dozen today.Very plump, no fishy smell, with a hint of milk

Great Crab Legs and pizza ?

Good, not great. The food is good for frozen. The menu prices continue to climb into the stratosphere compared to what you get. It's all the cost-cutting measures that bothered us the most. Individually none of these are deal killers but collectively they're just nagging when balanced against the prices. For example:- We had to ask for straws. Server said that's policy as company is trying to be environmentally conscious. I appreciate that...but is that really the reason or just a convenient way to explain a cost cutting measure?- No crackers with chowder. I asked for oyster crackers and server said they only have saltines now. Ok, but why did they not automatically come out with the chowder?- No bread plates anymore. We got our biscuits before anything else came out and our napkins were in our laps. Where to sit the bread?- Speaking of bread, we apparently were lucky in getting ours as server prepped us up front by saying, "The kitchen only seems to be baking biscuits in spurts today so it may take a while."- No lemon garnish on the plates (to squeeze on fish, shrimp, etc). In fact, no garnish of any kind on the plates. There were more things like this that occurred and, I admit, individually they all sound petty. But, collectively, it just all added up to a sense of obvious cost-cutting while prices continue to climb.I have no issue paying $80 for 2 adults and 1 child to eat but the entire experience should really be there to justify it. There are better, non-chain places to get seafood in the area that provide a better experience.

Haven't been to Red Lobster for several years though used to go at least 2-3 times per year The decor seemed dingy. The salt and pepper shakers were greasy. The table was marginally clean. We were seated very promptly but it was literally more than 30 minutes before anyone came to our table. Our server was nice but was only his third day ( he said). I felt like management/hostess should have been mentoring him. Seemed like no one wanted to take our table which was only 3 of us. I probably will not go back.

It's been some time since last here. Experience and food were both grand, no complaints.

Exceptional service as soon as i walked in the door! A young man named Iavieon was very welcoming and got me seated promptly. My server Holly did not disappoint! Very fast friendly and personable. 10/10

This has always been my favorite restaurant but went on 3-18 with a party of 6 and was hands down the most horrible lobster I've ever eaten. Its was so tough I had to hack at it with a knife. It just had an odd taste. The server was great but most of the food didn't come out together. My daughter was the last to get hers which was about 20 minutes after everyone else. This was just a horrible experience.
