Anytime I stop here it's always good and always right. One of my favorite fast food places and I'm never disappointed here with the service.
It was about 1:35 am so they were about to close. But it was me and my friend, I got the 2 for $6 deep sea double, and she got the 2 for $6 double rally burger with cheese. The person that took our order was friendly and said to park cause they were making fish fresh. About 5 minutes later they brought us our food. My friend got what she asked for but I got single fish sandwiches and neither one of them were fresh. They were good , but not hot out the fryer like I was told they would be. ?
Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru speaker just for them to take my order, and then another 15 minutes at the window for one burger, a shake and fries. 2 guys were outside smoking
This location never fails to disappoint. The staff tonight couldn't listen to what I ordered and the things I asked for didn't make it in the bag. Half of what I asked for was placed wrong into the computer. Food was not hot not even close to warm really.
The fries saved it.I was so excited to try the new fry seasoned chicken strips. Because, how could you go wrong? And I feel like they had such great potential, except that they were lukewarm and toughish, like they'd been sitting there for quite a while and weren't fresh. It was a total bummer. We ordered on the app, and the lady at the window seemed upset that I asked if I could have sweet tea instead of the drink I ordered on the app (she had not made the drinks yet, and there is no way to order sweet tea on the app).The fries were good. I may give these now chicken strips another try.We did get our food quickly, and everything was clean and seemed to be well maintained.
Ordered two meals, I said both were combos, but the stupid people inside can't use the computer can't enter it correctly. Also took 11 minutes for 5wings are you kidding me, this is supposed to be fast food not slow food. Bunch of idiots work here, I've had a way better experiences at McDonald's but I guess that's why there the king of fast food. By the way the nearest McDonald's is only 1.4 miles north.
Lord, I've missed Rally's. The one near my home in Louisville shut down and just never made it out of my way to any of the other locations. Moved to Evansville a while back. Was happy to see this one near me. Finally got to stop in. As good as ever!
Food was hot and fresh, waited in the drive thru for a while but they were one of the only places open and short staffed, so no harm.
the chicken on my sandwich was RAW. i tried calling the store and no one would answer the phone. It was so gross.
Order was incorrect, bacon on my sandwich was raw and meat tasted spoiled. I will never go there again. I woke up sick . Terrible
