This was the Green River Rd place. I've given this place a chance multiple times. I'm done. Never again. Your fries are disgusting. As well as the hockey puck biscuit. Chicken was close to being ok. I should have just bought lunch meat. And the lady at the window wasn't friendly.
Can you give less than one star. Let me start off by saying, I own a food business. I've run a brick and mortar restaurant and food truck. For that reason, I'm leaving this review. When I arrived, there were 2 cars in the parking lot and 4 in the drive thru. There were 6 employees working and 2 people in line in front of me. It took 30 minutes to complete my order. The chicken breasts were already cooked but the basketball with legs was too busy making duck faces for snapchat to put the chicken on a bun. Ten minutes after I ordered my fries, someone finally decided to put them in the fryer. After waiting 30 minutes, the manager decided to bag my food with the fries upside down. She said, "here ya go". The lack of performance falls completely on the manager. The lack of involvement and allowing the restaurant to be ran like this is completely on the owner. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

For Mother's Day, I wanted Popeyes! My husband admirably went to the 1st Avenue location. He ordered, waited over THIRTY MINUTES, while watching 2 employees eating in the dining area and the lady who took his order conversing with them. He FINALLY received the twelve piece meal order and he was extremely upset!!! We received 8 breasts and 4 thighs. They were ALL overcooked. WE LOVED POPEYES, BUT WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO POPEYES! No matter how much we crave it. We're better off going to KFC. Horrible food, service, and management. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
Heard place had just got new manager so figured I’d try it they been cleaning and food was good better than a month ago. I’ll come back.
Great food and great service. They accidentally gave me shrimp instead of the chicken tenders but when I took it in they were very apologetic and friendly and I must say the tenders were juicy and delicious as always.
When did Popeyes chicken start tasting like unsanitized air and missed opportunity? The chicken had 0 flavor, 0 seasoning, 0 heat (temperature), and 0 palatability. Quite frankly, IT WAS DISGUSTING!The store is a filthy mess behind the counter, and the drink dispenser machine needs to either be bleached or replaced. I sat at the drive through window and looked through it in utter disgust. Obviously, the Health Department hasn't been there since pre-COVID.I hadn't been to this particular establishment in years, because the employees were so unprofessional and rude. I only stopped this last time due to construction on the road, and it being my last restaurant option on that side of the road. Why not try again, I thought. Well, NEVER AGAIN!I'll wait to get REAL Popeyes chicken and REAL customer service once a year when I visit Georgia.
Not the best service, had to go back to get remainder of order missing and was shown a little attitude. Food was great, but they gave us spicy shrimp when we asked for classic.
The price was good. We compared the chicken sandwich with KFC and we like kfc better. Pretty close tho. Fast service. Thank you.
Ok I live popeyes and believe me when I tell you All popeyes are going down hill. This one is close to what I remember popeyes being the chicken was crispy, hot the mac n cheese I'm obsessed with. Yes you do need to make sure orders are right I didn't get my honey but I can live with that for now
