Service was horrible and then I received the wrong pizza after waiting 2 hour and it was cold and old.
I know service industry is hurting right now but some things can be helped. Last few orders have just been sad. Not prepared well, flavor off. Last order took over 35 min to get delivered. Cold and soggy. Ended up throwing into the trash.
Just ordered two medium pizzas, and these are just about the best quality pizzas I've had, from any Pizza Hut, ever! Like, these were Wilbur from The Greencastle store, circa 1992 good. (You had to be there, lol, but he was the best)
Both Pizzas we ordered had the wrong crust, we have had issues with this pizza hut in the past. I figured I'd give them another chance and they messed up once again.
We ordered from the app. That had not been accurate. Rylan, Donny, and Angel ? helped us find a better option even though our cravings had been very specific
My order took over an hour and a half. Upon feeding my two children their pizza , I found someone's hair insidr both boxes.
Waited 45 mins on our delivery order on a Saturday night… no big deal. Our DoorDash driver showed up saying the Pizza Hut driver took our order as a mistake… called the store to make sure and they said they mixed our order up with somebody else’s. Whenever we finally received it 35 minutes after we called, the pizza was delivered hot, fresh, and the breadsticks were phenomenal. Thanks for the marvelous food… just work on the delivery?
Ordered today around 11:40. Left for work at 1:40 order still hadn’t arrived. It’s 7pm and I never heard anything from them. I was going to pay cash so no refund needed, but someone shouldn’t gotten ahold of me OR brought the food.
Our breadsticks and cheese sauce was left out of our order. We had to go back to the store to get it, wait for the breadsticks to cook. By the time we got back home, out pizza and wings were cold.
Fast service, excellent quality, great variety of specials offered that fit my needs and beats competitors. I have been a frequent return customer since online order service began. Best move yet.
