im not sure who emily is but i strongly incourage re training her on her customer service skills over the phone. I called the store and asked if they where open and im immeditally hit with " why else would i be answering the phone" and then asked if they had any deals on foot longs and hit with " this isnt subway"....i kept my cool cause i totally get places are busy my question was kinda of silly but still you dont talk that way to customers period. in any event i hung up the phone and a few hours later went to the store i was greeted by a guy named Tom I didnt bring anything up i just let it go. Tom was amazing it was my wife and Is first time there and he told us what he recommended he joked around with us and had my wife rollin. so happy i didnt let the one moment of rudeness stop me from going. the food was outstanding the store is super clean and tom was awesome!!! Ill never call the store again but i will go back to eat when we are in town lol
New to Penn Station, but this was damn good. Love the fries, Newburgh fries were more fresh but their sandwich was dry and Eville sandwich was more tasty. Hmm. Lemonade good too!

Down side to no max score is the very high prices required to uphold such food/experience. Overall would recommend trying out!
Best wrap and sub hands down. I had a turkey wrap, my wife had chicken parmesan. Both great. Fast friendly service.

Ordered online. Had credit card receipt. They said no ticket no sandwich. There website had no way to track order. Manager was unhelpful say hard luck.

Just went there. It was 9 at night, and I hate going places right before they close. I worked in food, I understand. But I went in and was told they were cleaning the grill and it would be a 10 to 15 min wait for a sandwich. This is a sandwich establishment correct?
