Seriously cost me $17.10 for a medium sandwich small fries and small drink. Never again. I could have had a full steak dinner at Texas roadhouse with 2 sides and free rolls for less. I can believe the pricing here. Not even close to worth it.
My teriyaki chicken had no flavor, and 90% of our fries were burnt/overcooked.The employees were incredibly slow, and it was ridiculously apparent the girl was not interested in being there.The floor was also disgustingly sticky, why??Very poor experience for over priced food.
We have enjoyed Penn Station since our kids were little. The food is good, although I would like a few healthier options. The 4* was because it isn't always as clean as it needs to be.
My first time eating Penn Station subs.It was awesome! Will definitely become one of my regular places to eat.
Excellent food, always clean, & some of the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced. And it is every time I visit this location - whether it's afternoon or evening. You truly have a fantastic team! Definitely something to be said in a time where most employers struggle to keep employees. Hats off to the GM & your amazing team!!

I think Penn Station in general is overpriced but as far as food, location, friendliness goes this is a great location. I also love they have a patio.
Ordered a Chicken Cordon Blue to go & get home & it has nothing on it except the chicken & the ham. The description of it is chicken, ham, Swiss, lettuce, tomatoes, honey mustard & mayo.Why if someone orders a sandwich with no special instructions would you make it any way other than how it is described?
never been here until today... not sure i'll come back... that's too bad cuz the sandwich ended up being really good. Maybe I can visit a different location
Best sandwiches, best French fries, but the drinks are among the worst. I can’t blame them for their lack choice, but they never clean the machine and it’s garbage.
