Philly cheese steak with onions, mushrooms, mayonnaise, and pizza sauce. Seems pretty simple, right?Not for these guys it's not. They've managed to get it wrong the last 3 times I've ordered it, and 4 of the last 5 times. When I called to speak to someone about it she was insanely rude and uncaring.Prices are outrageous and can't make a simple sandwich correctly. Sad.

When I order online, it always takes about 10 minutes longer than the website tells it'll be ready. The employees are nice, and everything is hot and fresh.
Awesome store great food clean restaurant a little expensive but other than that yum
Walked in and the store was empty. Looking at the menu and employee took a phone call. Employee never a acknowledged us . Waited for almost 10 minutes while I assumed associate was busy. Never made eye contact or said a word but was hunkered down by deli case. 230 pm place was empty and as I looked at the meat slicer could tell there was dried remnants of meat and cheese and extremely dirty as was the rest of the restaurant. Sometimes what is unsaid is more valuable than words. Thanks to that experience I ended up not ordering and will never dine with Penn Station.
Got 2 philly cheese steaks and 2 medium fries...38 bucks WOW. They put pizza sauce on them after we said none and it ruined sandwich. Like changed flavor and tasted nothing like philly cheese steak. We saw commercial which is why we went. Looks nothing like ad and for the price we were very unhappy with overall experience and expectations. Medium fry is over 4 bucks and is in cup the size of small coke at McDonald's. Never again
Food is good per usual but ordering online to save wait time is an exercise in futility. Most of the time they haven't even started on it by the time it says it will be finished. Employees also seem careless when such things happen.
