Amazing. Logged into papa John’s website. For this particular store and they did. It show cheese sticks. Whole reason I wanted to place a to go order. Had to go inside, no biggie, but did not want o get air 15 mins for my order. Showed the counter gentleman that it wasn’t listed as an option to order under sides. He had no explanation and I did not get my rewards point. Crazy to think their website doesn’t show one of their best products. ?
They had messed up my pizza & expected me to bring my pizza back & repay for their mistake
I would give this location negative 5 stars . I placed an order at 9:36 and at 11:22 I still didn’t have the large pizza and 8 wings I ordered. Called and the person that answered the phone acted like he didn’t know where my order was . Not the first time to receive terrible service from this location. Currently have a card for a free pizza because the service and delivery time was so horrible the last time .
I was ok with 1hr+ delivery time, even though it was estimated 20 minutes shorter than actual, but this was the absolute worst papa John's pizza I've ever had. On top of the fact it wasn't even made right. Add to the fact papa John's is more expensive than most chains, all around disappointed.
If you order delivery, it will be a long wait due to a staff shortage. However, ordering pick up is fine. Pizza is fresh and varies in how cooked it is, sometimes having light to darker dough. But if you're looking for a delicious standard Papa John's pizza, then this is the place.
Usually never have problems other than long waits on busy nights, but my last order didn't even arrive even though I was charged and the system told me it was delivered. Hate to order from other places but oh well. Can't afford to get burned with these gas prices, am I right?
On My past few orders of recent, I have continually have had issues with missing items from My order. This time, just as last, I am missing My beverage item that was in the order. This seems to be a continuous problem and I've not been notified or contacted on why this continues to happen, or what steps are being taken to resolve these issues. Corporate customer service is even worse, as they seem to be incapable of doing anything about these issues.
My style slice where nyc style pizza don’t look like that. Looks like a regular slice of pizza to me.
They do not pay attention to details and order takers do not even need to be dealing with the general public. Rude, always in a rush and do not listen. Have screwed my orders up more than once.
I ordered and after waiting a hour and 45 minutes for a pizza and order of cheese bread the pizza shows up cold and very disappointing. Should have went to little Caesars at least it would’ve been hot
