Always missing sauces, drinks, sometimes pizza is raw and sometimes it’s dry and cold- good luck pizza people…
Never had an issue with this location. Pizza has always been made well and delicious.
Super disappointed with my last carry out experience. I was the only customer in the store, and there were 13 people within a 20 ft distance from me. One man was on the phone, taking an order from a difficult person (it appeared). Not one person came up to ask me what I had needed. Now, I'm not a "Karen" type person. I know some places don't have enough staff, overworked, etc. Several of the people were just standing there. I waited around 6 minutes to be acknowledged. When I got my pizzas home, 1 was underdone and the wrong thing. I'm sure I will still order from here again, hopefully with not such a bad experience.
I'd give a negative star if I could. 54.00 for 2 pizzas. Where are the toppings? Called and they said they would remake them. The remakes were worse then the originals. The should rename the Meat pizza to the Meatless pizza. Will NEVER buy from Papa Johns again.
Staff where supposed to send me text for a job gave me the worse interview with the worse Badu language didn't know what his issues was
This Papa John’s location I do not recommend I have tried calling and calling and calling and I’ve been hung up on I was placed on hold for 20 minutes I was told an hour ago my food would be ready and delivered within 45 minutes and it does now an hour later and it’s still not here the Papa John’s is five minutes from my current location I do not recommend this place if I could give a zero star review I would
Entered the pizza complex with a positive upbeat attitude. The grueling hour and 30 minute wait made me feel nothing but sorrow for my decision. They proceeded to make me wait for my order despite making the order 3 hours before arrival! The staff was very rude as well, making comments to me about poor hygiene and a bad odor. Overall I will never spend my money at this establishment again and I certainly will recommend you do the same
First time ever eating Papa John's Pizza we don't have it in our area of Kansas awesome. The team there was very efficient and cordial will stop again if I can find any close to me
It seems like they changed pizza sauce. Was too sweet before
Good food, good price, good variety, reasonable delivery times, everything you should expect from pizza delivery place. With that said, most of them are about the same and the only real difference is the flavor which sometimes I prefer one over another. Nothing in particular stands out about their service but then again I don't expect it to.
