Went through the drive thru. Needed a minute to decide, but that clearly was going to work for the lady as she was constantly trying to rush us. Ironically, we were then told there would be a 15 minute wait on one of the items we ordered. I guess it's ok to rush us, as long as they don't have to hurry at all.Then the lady kept rudely asking us to repeat ourselves. Like it was somehow our fault that she wasn't listening.Finally got exasperated and drove off. I'm sure the food is fine, but it's not worth being treated that rudely.
First time eating here and it was ok. Food was good, we got the Orange Chicken with rice bowl. But it pretty much seemed liked we paid for rice with just a little bit of chicken. We could of got more options with it, but then the price just goes up and when it goes up that much, I might as well go too a Chinese buffet and get everything I want. Oh and they were out of sweet and sour sauce too lom
The rating isn't based on food quality in this case; it isn't bad, but you chose fast food faux Asian.However, the service I got was great. Fast, polite. I was surprised, and happy on my way out.
Do NOT eat from this place. I onlie order for a pick up of 530. I waited on my food to be ready until 600. Then I get food poisioning. Miserable. Don't waste your money.
The orange chicken and noodles were dry and tasted like it was a week old. Had to throw away.
I had to eat quick, for my own reasons and this place did the trick.
They are amazing they are on time with food they are fast very nice people
I don't get it. I ordered the bigger plate and added a chicken egg roll. I was told to pull around and park as the egg roll would take a few minutes. After 5-10 minutes a lady came out and get me my order. I drove home and guess what....no egg roll! Panda Express has great food, but this is just poor service. And it's not just PE.
Food is almost always cold. Issues with door dash keeps saying temporarily closed. Pretty sure they got butt hurt when i had an issue and said the food was cold hard and tasted old.
I would rate a zero if I had the option to. I am a Grubhub driver and everytime I come in here they don’t start preparing the order until I give them the customers name. Now remind you I am on a clock as well and the longer I wait the less deliveries I get to get in my time frame. I have bills to pay as well! Very disappointed ?
