We had a nice dinner for my husband's birthday. Our waiter was very good. He saw my drink was empty and immediately brought me a refill. My steak was perfectly cooked.
The steak was really good, baked potato and broccoli was fresh, coconut shrimp was a little over cooked, service was awful we wait 30 minutes after we were seated, no waitress or server came to get drink order, or anything. We was at the point of getting up and leaving, when my friend ask to see the manager. And then and then only did he take our order, but we still did not have a waitress, nobody seemed to know we were even there. Overall really bad service.
Our server Bryan was very personable and was very attentive to the tables he was serving. He was funny as well. Brittany was the manager and she was around helping her employees and being helpful to customers. Great dinner experience! Food was very yummy and cooked well.
wouldn't work for this place. they don't care about their employees. would rather they die on the job. very bad management for sure.
I will say that the food is great, but our serve did not check on us but one time. However, the lady up front (hosting) was amazing! She needs to be a server and not a host. My food was too spicy and I sent it back. She put in a new order for me. 45 minutes later, the sever had not brought my new order nor checked on us. I told our server to just take it off and we would be leaving. The hostess ended up boxing my food and ensuring it was off of our check.
We ate at Outback tonight. It was very busy and it took awhile to get our food. The bathrooms also needed tending to. However, our waitress was Kahadijah and she was great! She had the best demeanor and attitude through it all. She was nonstop the whole time we were there. We give them five stars because of her and the delicious food.
We had our company Christmas dinner at the restaurant and the food was outstanding. The service was awesome as well. The two servers we had were nice and very attentive and Huggy was incredible. He made sure we got our food on time and that everything was cooked perfectly! He was the cherry on top of our Sundae! Thanks for a great party!John

I would like to commend this restaurant for their hard work to serve a big community. With a little bit of waiting to be seated even after placing a reservation on the app, we were greeted by our wonderful server shortly after being seated and he took care of things right away. All of the food was delicious and perfectly prepared/cooked. If you’re looking for a bite to eat for lunch or want a nice steak dinner, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way!
Absolutely appalled at the experience we had here tonight. We were there for over an hour and didn't get anything more than our drinks, bread, and appetizer. Our server came to our table in tears at one point. We were told by more than one person working that the kitchen was completely dysfunctional and the person on the grill was cursing and yelling at everyone. When we asked to talk to a manager about this, we were told that it WAS the manager behaving this way. We eventually asked to speak with him and he denied everything to our faces. We'll be contacting the franchise partner and corporate.I sincerely hope that man reads this: Be better. Stop abusing the staff who are actually showing up in the middle of a pandemic-induced labor shortage. Everyone's trying to earn their livelihood but no job is worth abuse. Every person there could find a new job tomorrow in this shortage. Your actions have consequences; you've lost a longtime customer at this location for as long as you're employed there. We have spent considerable money in Outback takeout and delivery during this pandemic and have only recently felt comfortable enough to dine in anywhere. This was our first attempt in months and we won't be back because of how you're treating your employees.
