We had the worst service of any restaurant I have attended. We sat in an area where our sever was so inept that his counterpart started just taking his tables. We weren't lucky enough to be one of them. We would ask for assistance and he would attend to stacking dishes, talking about whatever show he was watching or simply standing next to a table rambling about nothing. For the quality of food to be so good why lose customers because of really bad service.
Berry Sangria was sweey and delicious. Too much ice and smaller than average size glass for Sangria though.Chicken Alfredo with soup instead of salad.
Was in with my daughter on father's day. The meal was wonderful and the service was great. I don't remember his name, but the young man was very nice and treated us like family. This was just the beginning. After we left we went down the road and made another stop. My daughter remembered she forgot her retainers on the table. I called in and the staff immediately started looking for them. We showed up and things weren't looking good. The manager took the time to comb through the garbage and ended up finding both retainers!! In this day and age, good service is hard to come by. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you staff at the Evansville Olive Garden for saving the day for my daughter and me. Much appreciated

Our favorite place. I always eat a big salad and indulge with a couple breadsticks with Alfredo dipping sauce. We share a dinner and just add a salad. I do love the chicken parm
The food and service was great. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed as usual which I appreciate.
The food was great as always however the did not give us one of the 3 meals we ordered/paid for with car side to go. My husband did not realize this until he got home and we opened the bags. We even got the receipt with the order which confirmed I had ordered all 3 dinners. I would not have been as upset if it was not my son's order. He is a picky eater like a lot of kids so he would not eat myself or my husband's meaning I ended up having to cook for him. It was just disappointing. My son is actually the one who picked Olive Garden for dinner. If it was my food missing then I would not have even written a review about it. :(
We were seated right away. Our meal came quickly and it was hot and well prepared. Service was good also.
Recently visited Evansville Indiana on a get away. We decided to eat at the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant and what a great choice it was. We very seldom eat here in the St Louis area the food quality is not the same. But, the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Evansville Indiana was perfect just how it use to be. Great customer service, excellent staff, fast service and food prepared to perfection. Our waiter Ethan did a excellent job with his customers all around. Thank you for the great experience.
