We went to O'Charley's Restaurant tonight 5-14-22 on East Side of Evansville. This was our first time to eat here. Our waitress Na was really really great we give her 10 stars for her excellent attention to her customer and never letting our drinks be empty, the food and drinks was 5 stars. The desserts were also 5 stars. We will be back soon. Thanks for the great time tonight
Food was amazing. I had honey drizzled chicken, it was huge & delicious. My boyfriend had the steak and loved it!!
We ordered to go and received our food. Unfortunately I couldn't eat my soup because there was a large black hair in it, I have blonde hair.
I went in to place an order. 2 employees were talking at the bar, but neither acknowledged my presence. The hostess asked to help me and then asked one of the employees to take my order. They directed her to someone else. The hostess came back from the back saying she would be there soon. I eventually left. On my way out the 2 employees were still at the bar talking and there were 2 talking at the hostess stand. The place was not crowded. I ate somewhere else. Maybe I'll try ordering ahead next time.UpdateI thought I'd dine in this time. Long story short, I'm still not ready to give up on O'Charley's. I'm going to start going to the west side.
Just had our 50th Wedding Anniversary reception at O'Charley's 7301 E Indiana Street in Evansville IN. The Staff was wonderful. Management was very helpful in planning the event. The kitchen staff work quickly and everything was prepared to perfection. We had 2 outstanding servers - Heather and Tamarra . They were excellent, friendly and efficient making sure everyone was taken care of.We are very pleased with our choosing O'Charley's for our event.We highly recommend them.
Food was good, when they could get it right. I asked for a med rare sirloin, and this thing came back literally mooing at me. The manager had the nerve to argue with me that it was a med rare. While his server even stated it wasn't.
Lauren was amazing and very polite! Also was very nice to my son who didn't like his dinner! When we asked if we could get something different and she was very nice and got him something to replace what he didn't like!! Very nice staff tonight! The food was good for the most part however on mine and my husband's food there was a lot of pepper! You could taste the big pieces of pepper on our items. Don't get me wrong the food was still amazing as always! East side did pretty good tonight!!! So 4 out of 5 stars for the food and 5 out of 5 stars for our server Lauren!!!
I go here a lot, we got a family dinner, the chicken strips and burgers meal, it was very good. Great amount of food for the price. Only drawback was how they set up the veggies on the burgers, I would've preferred the toppings to be in their own container.

Good food and good service. We went on a Monday night about 5:30 or so and not busy at all.
