Clean, aesthetic, and very delicious bubble tea. I tried the new Tiramisu and Sakura Rose milk teas and they were amazing! My go to is the Thai tea :)
I LOVEEE BOBA SO MUCH!! This place was a 5 star place to get boba because they have so many different flavors and toppings. I also love that they have almond milk, coconut milk, and 2% milk because people that are dairy free, can have boba tea! :) I got the honeydew milk boba tea with brown sugar boba and rainbow jelly, it was awesome! Thank you Mr. bubble tea!!
An absolute treat every time I've visited. The COVID -safe ordering environment is amazing. Service is quick. Prices are great. I've yet to meet a combination of flavors I didn't like.There's a reason the sidewalk is always bustling with people either in line or waiting for their orders. Cannot recommend enough.
A little pricey but so tasty! Appreciate the helpful guide for ordering as this was my first time. Look forward to my next visit!
Quick and delicious Bubble Tea. Fair pricing. The pandemic has affected selections a bit and the customer/worker interaction is through a speaker and barrier so there's no in house seating and it's always to-go.
Good prices and good boba. Good selection on the menu and I like the presentation of the drinks. Wish you could go inside and sit but I understand. Hopefully they open the lobby up soon. Uncomfortable in the winter to wait outside for iced drinks but I’ll do it for the boba.
Plenty of flavors. Sucks there no drive thru but some times face to face service is better
First ever boba drink for me and my family and we are still talking about it! That 1st sip actually shocked me. So much flavor it was an incredible experience. The woman that served us seemed nice and it was so fast for 4 drinks maybe 1min if that. We will forsure be going back in a couple days.
This was our first visit and the tea was good but the experience was not good. 1) they made customers wait in the snow. 2) my cup smelled like a chainsmoker’s teeth. Either the cup had been sitting in a heavily smoked area or it had been handled by someone who had smoked but forgot to wash their hands. I’ll probably never know because they don’t permit their kind, supportive customers inside the building. I’m hoping the owners either fix these problems or get better competition.
Bad customer service. There was a misunderstanding when the order was made and the cashier refused to give me the right beverage. I have never experienced that before. I am just saying customer service is not their forte. I need to doble or triple check my order if I ever go back to this place :(
