If you order at a kiosk and it says sit down we will bring your food they should actually do it. Instead employee screams a number not on my tent number and has a snarkey attitude when asking if I got a cup? Where would I have got a cup you didn't serve me like it said you would.....dirty restaurant 3rd worst I've been to in this area.
Waited and waited for our food, only for them to mess up the order in 3 different ways! I don't mind waiting, if I'm getting hot food and the correct order!

Even though they were not busy, when we told the manager the lobby ice machine was empty he basically ignored us. My hamburger was cold and the bun dryed out so it had been sitting out for a long time.
Large sign depicting the Lobby was open! I pulled in and park my semi in the beautiful truck parking lot they offer. When is the door it was locked at 8:30 on a Monday morning. Walked over to the drive-through to place my order and was told I was not allowed to do walk up orders. I was denied service because of the vehicle I was driving
Walked to the dining room at 8:45 on a Friday, they locked the door and turned off all the outside lights. Drove around building, and employees just playing on the cell phones, giving me dirty looks.
I went inside and tried to order at cash register because kiosk was already had folks lined up to order. I asked manager if I could place my order at register. She said yes but she could not take my order for 4 minutes. She never came back to take it. I then tried kiosk which I had problems with so I pushed the I need help button and no one would help me. I left very unhappy and very hungry. This was the worst service I ever received out of the 15 to 20 times I've ate their. I plan to never go to that McDonalds again. Besides I had 3 or 4 other bad experiences with stale bread and cold Hamburgers and cold french fries. This is the one on US highway 41 just south of interstate 64. In Indiana pretty close to the Iniana State Police Post. I will go to Arby's across the street for now on. The food their is always fresh made and on fresh bread.
This is in nowhereville Indiana but seriously the cleanest most modern looking McDonald's I have ever seen
Even if you are starving, go elsewhere. Ordered in the app and waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Still 3 cars from ordering, so I switched to curbside pickup. Waited another 10 minutes, gave up and went inside. Was greeted by an organization that made the Three Stooges look like a well-oiled machine. 40 minutes after arriving, I finally got my (incorrect) order and left. I stop at McDonald’s a lot on the road, but never again at this one.
The service was excellent for having the young lady taking orders then going up front to give you your order was mighty fine.!!! She deserves a pay raise
