We went inside, ordered at the kiosk... I hate those. The young man behind the counter would have taken our order but we used the kiosk anyway. He was nice to us. Our order was correct. Everything tasted as it should.
Very friendly staff. This is the first time in a long while that a McDonald's didn't mess up my order! They did great!
I used the app to order and went through drive-through to pick up. I ended up waiting at the other end of the building for more than 10 minutes to receive my order..
Please put the sandwiches together better. Getting a sandwich when a lot of the toppings fall off when you pick it up is just wrong
Everytime I go to thus location it gets worse and worse. Last time no hamburger patty in my son's happy meal just two buns ? Tonight there was no one in front of me in line and I waited 25 minutes for my food. I'll be avoiding this location from now own. Thank you to the sweet girl working the second window (sea foam green hair), she came out to apologize and made sure I got food promptly after. She deserves a raise for her customer service skills.
Told to pull forward, waiting 12 minutes and then they come out and tell me they did not yet have my 2 cheeseburgers or fries ready. NEVER AGAIN as this is the 3rd time in two weeks I had to wait for food. Sonic across the street will get my business!!
I just want to say every time I go here they get my order correct and get it out to me in great time. They are always so friendly and even when really busy they are still great! McDonald’s let this store be an example of what your stores should be doing!! Because what they are doing ba da bum ba ba I LoVE iT!!!
Again my order was wrong, a drink was missing from my order. This meant that an employee did not receive their drink at our office. Sometimes we're not able to leave and that is why we order from Grubhub. I paid for the entire order and there is no way to get a refund on my card. I'd rather you take your time and get the order correct than rush through the order and have it delivered incorrectly.
Came here at 7 at night, the manager was friendly,our food was perfect, and the dining room was the cleanest I've ever seen one. Thanks for restoring our faith in Mcdonalds we will definitely return.
Buckle up for this story!My wife and I were going on a date (not to McDonald’s) and since she was pregnant we decided to swing by here for a snack before going to a movie. After ordering and paying for a hash brown I was informed that it would cost me 10 cents for each ketchup packet we wanted. I know you must be as flabbergasted as I was, “10 cents for a ketchup packet?!?” Yeah .. so out of shock and a desire to appease my pregnant wife’s cravings, I forked over twenty cents for the two packets of ketchup. My mind was blown by this outrageous action on their part. So, one star for their service that night and another star for the hilarious memory of this event.
