Waited for 15 min for 20 nuggets and fries. they must have pulled like 5-8 cars. They were not busy and they really took forever. hands down worst mcdonald’s experience i have ever had. Every other Mcdonald’s in town is way better. This is a pure joke. I hope corporate shuts this place down ASAP
This place is not a good one. Employees are not helpful. Came inside wait forever to get serve. Ask them if I can order inside no answer. They really wasn't that busy at all. It was dirty inside. Everything I come here it's bad. This mcdonalds is right across the street from our only mall. It's really a shame ?
Lady taking the order was rude and unprofessional. Asked for our order then switched to other drive thru and ignored our order. Kept cutting us off when we tried to order. But….. guy that brought us out our food was polite and well mannered. Even when we didn’t get our complete order he was very respectful and considerate. You can tell the lady who took the order hates her job but the kid that delivered it deserves a raise!
I went through the drive through this morning between 10:00 am- 10:20 am. I was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on hash browns, I waited at least 10 minutes. The car in front of me was also pulled forward. When the food finally came out the girl yelled at the lady in the car in front of me because she didn't pull up far enough, she was very rude. She started to go back inside with my food so I had to pull around to the side of the building close to the door so I could get my food. This girl was out of line, extremely rude. I tried calling several times and no answer.
I used to work here. It's fallen extremely far from what it used to be. Orders are usually correct, but waiting 7+ minutes for a small order is completely unacceptable. Pretty sad to see this place now. Wouldn't recommend stopping here if you're short on time.
People in this location doesn’t want to work!!!! They refuse to serve people at the drive thru. It’s a Friday night they close at 10 pm. It’s only 8:40 pm. And they laugh at the customers. All the exterior lights were off trying to get people to drive away thinking they are close but they’re not!!!People just don’t want to work anymore. Worst McDonald’s ever!!!
The professionalism and hostile attitude of two employees by the name of Taylor and Shannon. Made my trip one of the worst trips to McDonald's ever. What was suppose to be a simple order turned into a rude exchange of words. I expect a lot better from this establishment!
Horrible! Gave me none of the food I ordered, and I did not realize until I got home. Talk about a disappointed child, even my daughter was upset.When I called to make order right, I was told I need a receipt but I was never given one. Avoid this store at all possible.
I don’t usually review but this may be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Walked in to order and they were backed up, which is fine. But the poor girl up front was yelling to the kitchen for food and they were laughing and joking keeping her waiting for what she expressed was 20 minutes for a drive thru order. Ended up walking out without ordering because I was uncomfortable. Kitchen crew is a joke.
Went through the drive-thru around 5:15 on March 25 and ordered the 4-piece McNugget bundle. Was told they didn't have that. It's right there on the menu board. Someone else came on and said he had it. Got to the pick-up window and was handed a bag with the nuggets...no fries. Handed it back and said my fries were missing and got my fries. When I started eating as I was leaving,the fries were barely warm and tasted nasty. I didn't have time to go back and somehow managed to lose my receipt so I couldn't do the online survey. Pretty sad when your employees don't even know what they sell and then you get nasty food.
