Took a long time to take my order.Cashier was difficult to understand.Didn't get my full order. When I asked for my missing fries, employee became defensive, saying I was wrong until I showed him my bag. Hastefully got my missing fry and dumped it into my bag.I won't be coming back to this location.
This place is disgusting! As soon as I walked in I noticed the floor was so sticky, my shoes were sticking to the floor, there was a spill from door to door across the entire front where you order, no one mopped it. the entire dining area was sticky, all the tables were dirty I had to clean off a table myself to sit and eat, one employee came out and cleaned one table out of all the dirty tables anywhere I looked was dirty and covered in food crumbs, the bathroom gave me nightmares, the sinks, toilets, floors, we're black and nasty trash everywhere I will NEVER EVER go to that one ever again. Also this was my first time ever being in that location. I will stick with my usual places. That place needs a deep deep clean for real.
People at McDonald's either don't pay attention or dont care. Either way they get my order wrong alot. They always have a attitude ?, but there maybe like 2 or 3 people there at a time that are nice. Over all if you can eat elsewhere.
Honestly the food we got was made to order, fresh, and yummy.I got a double cheeseburger with no salt and extra onions and it was made exactly. The meat was juicy and tasty. The chicken nuggets were crisp and juicy as well. No complaints, and paired with their sweet and sour, there’s a reason these hold a special place in my heart.Only complaint about this store was the drive-thru wait. Cars were piling up with little to no movement. Took about 10-15 minutes for drive-thru.
THEY ARE USING THE PLAYPLACE STRICTLY AS AN EMPLOYEE BREAK ROOM!!!The last FIVE times we've been here, the PlayPlace was closed and no employee knew why. All the manager will say is "IT'S CLOSED!!" Been waiting for our food now over fifteen minutes since we ordered it. The Play Place is the only reason we visit this location, and I don't know why we bother.
This place has a lot of turnover so it makes it hard to rank it effectively, in my opinion. The past few times I've been here/drive thru it has been pretty smooth.
They pulled me forward for ONE CHEESEBURGER. I asked 3 separate employees POLITELY for a honey mustard. The first said “sure I’ll put it in the bag and have it brought out for you” and the second completely ignored me. Didn’t even look at me. I’ve worked food service, I know it’s hard and exhausting and customers are annoying and I’m not trying to be a Karen but this is ridiculous.
Just left this place—- my order was not complete - but the big guy at the window yelled at me THREE times …”it’s all in there m’am”. He was wrong - AND rude!!! I drove off - parked - went inside. He didn’t even look at me - just placed the bag with my missing items on the counter. The whole purpose of the drive-thru is so you don’t have to get out of your car. And I don’t mind so much that the order wasn’t complete. My issue is the rudeness. I won’t go back to this McDonald’s. All managers, teach your employees to be kind and to apologize when they make a mistake. And to the big guy at the window - learn some people skills.
Just shut it down already. Everyone is on their phones. No one is working. No one is in the drive thru window and no one seems to know why. Customers inside are waiting for they orders to be taken and drive thru customers are going to Wendy's Instead. Why pary people to be on their phones while customer's are being ignoring?
There was a bump in the road. I ordered a fish sandwich with no cheese. I was delivered a plane. So the tartar sauce was missing. At yesterday's visit I ordered a Doctor Pepper. I was delivered a diet Doctor Pepper.
