I have no idea why this joint has 68 people inside the building in work uniforms. Because only 2 people in the place are actually working. the service sucks. The wait is always 43 minutes an thats if ur just gettin a drink. If ur buyin food well good luck ill probly see u there in a few days.

What a joke! All employees hanging around outside smoking & laughing. Go through the drive thru only to be told they aren’t taking any orders. Could barely understand from all the employees carry on inside . What the hell has happen to McDonald’s now days

What can I say it's McDonald's I used to be at big fan of McDonald's until they started changing the grease they fry the fries up in I went for breakfast I had a big one with pancakes it was small in size but delicious not a big fan so I only gave it a three thank you and goodbye

If you ever get rid of the nice young lady was dark red hair, who usually works the drink window then I will stop coming to your location. She is such a nice and wonderful person to deal with every time I go.

Food was fine, but I got upcharged without being asked. #2 breakfast comes with a small coffee and the cashier tacked on a large. Like $7 for McDonald's wasn't enough already

These employees need to be more carful. I am a diabetic and when I went thru the drive to order an UNsweet tea I get all the way back to work and of course it is a sweet tea. Not only is it not what I ordered but it harmful if I drank it. When trying to contact the store to tell them to pay closer attention it goes straight to a recording that states the voicemail has not been set up. Not to mention the employee in the drive is always rude.

The first lady who took our order was very nice. However, she did not include a drink we ordered. It was on the screen. We paid for our order but when we got to the second window we realized we did not get our second drink. We looked at the receipt and it was missing. I was willing to pay for it at the second window and receive our drink but the woman who claimed she was manager was in foul mood and ordered us to go through the line again and reorder at the intercom. WHY must we go through the line again when it was their mess up and when I can simply pay for it at the second window with the person is supposedly the manager. A manager who can simply ring it up herself for their mistake.

I don't know why in the world every time I go to this McDonald's my fries are COLD! Do they not know the meaning of HOT FRESH FRIES. Apparently not. The customer service here is horrible from management and employees and when you leave you don't hear a thank you or anything else. They hand you your order and merely say "here you go". They need to learn what good customer service is and actually smile that they even have a job or a paycheck. I guess that's too difficult to do in that place.

It was very clean, management team was very friendly and helpful,dispite them having to hump in drive thru. I was actually there to feel out a application and in doing so, I got to meet the owner and at the time, I didn't know she was the owner. Boy, I was on my A game at the time and I didn't even know it. We had wonderful conversation. First impressions, I shine...
