Horrible service,food was wrong completely. Had to eat it because didn't have time to turn around go back. Luke warm, buns were hard.

McDonald's is great they serve me in the drive thru on my scooter unlike Rallys

Went through drive thru last night after fireworks on the river. I didn't mind it was busy I wasn't in no hurry. Got up there to order and lady cut my order short and wouldn't let me finish my order. Then got an attitude when I was surprised she cut me short and got rude. Didn't apologize or anything. I work at a restraunt if I would have done this I would have got myself chewed out by my manager. U never cut off a customer while they trying to order. So I left and went to First Ave where we are are served politely and with patience. My suggestion more training on customer service.

Worst big Mac I've ever had. Once I located the tiny beef patties, they looked old, dried up and shriveled, like the president. The chicken nuggets must have been out for hours. The whole meal was inedible. Hire better employees.

The only McDonald’s in Evansville that does a decent job. Their lunch staff through the week days are really spot on and super friendly.

I bought an ice tea. I'll never eat there again because I got incredibly sick one time. Did some research and discovered people get sick from eating at McDonald's all the time.

I love McDonald's, and this used to be my favorite location. I come here at least once a week, and I usually get pretty good service. That's all changed this week though. On Tuesday, I ordered a plain cheeseburger and a large fry through the app, nothing huge. Few cars were in the parking lot and drive thru, and it took them over 20 minutes to bring me my order. It was a little frustrating, but I brushed it off and went on my way. Today, however, was worse. I had the same small order through the app, and while they were a little busier, I waited 35 minutes for no one to come. I decided to walk into the store and politely ask if they had gotten my order. They seemed to have no idea that the order had been placed, even though I had the digital receipt to prove it. They did give me my order and it was fresh, so at least the food was still good. I consider myself to be a patient person and I understand that sometimes things get busy, but it should not take 35 minutes to get my order, and my order apparently was not even acknowledged to begin with. I don't know if I want to come back after this.

This is a great McDonald's to visit! Even though they're under construction at this moment in time, they are still fast and friendly. I've gone to this one numerous times before the construction and after and never had any issues here. They always get my orders right and are nice as can be which is what you want when you are going through the drive thru.

I placed an order at the kiosk and my receipt didn't print. I asked an employee if I could get a receipt and he said too busy for that" so I asked for the manager because I didn't even know what my order number was and he said " that's not the best way to get food" as if to intimidate me. He was poorly dressed with no name tag. The manager finally came over about 10 minutes later and asked what kiosk. I told her. I finally got a receipt but was treated poorly. My food was cold also. Do not recommend.
