Highly NOT recommendedWhen I walked in, the counter top and all tables were dirty. I asked if I could dine in and what table to sit on. The lady said any table. I sat and waited, no one wiped the table down. She watched me wipe the table with a paper towel. It was so dirty. Then they brought me the beef soup and gave me a baby spoon to eat it with?!?!Then I saw a bug ? I pointed it out to the lady. She apologized but they did not give me a refund. I left.

Actually I wasn't in Mama's kitchen which I have eaten in there and it is authentic and good Asian food. But they have a grocery store connected to it and they have international food from everywhere in the world and their selection of fresh vegetables from those countries is amazing. I love the people that work there. But don't expect them to be able to converse with you. Only the owner speaks enough English, and she speaks it very well. But like most international markets they're more interested in getting you in and getting you out. Obviously they are not into creating a customer friendship relationship. As in saying hi there, it's nice seeing you again, have a nice day, we appreciate your business. Nothing!

Mama's kitchen is good authentic Chinese food. You have to go through the store to get to UT but that's ok with us since we tend to get some of our groceries here.

My favorite place to eat when on Evansville, In.Very small restraunt along the International Market.

Authentic Asian noodle dishes cooked right in front of you. It's a tiny place on the side of a well stocked grocery, very tasty.

Restaurant plus grocery store. Great place to shop for multicultural food items and the food from Mama's Kitchen is awesome!!

The pork noodles are great, but the bibimbap is a.maz.ing!

Good Chinese food there. Some stuff is not Chinese but oh well. It is very small as a store.

Had personal service . They even had both cooks cooking. Very authentic. Enjoyed the Pad Thai Noodles.

Got the takeout Bibimbap bowl for lunch. Never had Bibimbap before today. Absolutely delicious.
