My Wife and I dine out often and had not ate here until a week ago. A friend of ours told us this place was fantastic. We ate there several days later and we are glad we did! We were greeted and seated promptly by Amparo, our wonderful waitress, who treated us like family. She passed our table often and done an amazing job! The food was sooo good and the drinks are too! The staff was very polite and we will return very soon! We highly recommend this restaurant because it was a great experience!!!
I will start off by stating they have amazing salsa ( they add a lot of cilantro to it), the best I've ever had at Mexican restaurant. I ordered chicken on the beach the last time I was here and it was not best, it needed more cheese sauce cause there was barely any. The chicken had a good flavor though I might add. I've also had their veggie fajitas which were good but they don't give you any rice and beans with it which I don't understand since everywhere else includes it with the fajita meal when you order it.
Will never go back ever. Order was missing items, waiter was nice fake and smug, gave me dirty looks, then he wrote a nasty note on our bill. Showed it to the manager. Used to be my favorite place. Never again will I ever go back.
I love this place! It is usually my go to place for Mexican Cuisine. I normally get shredded beef chimichangas and double rice. Shrimp on the Beach is another favorite too. They now offer different varieties of On the Beach dishes. Steak on the Beach is wonderful.
Decent mexican food. Nice atmosphere. I liked the queso and rice. Tamales were ok. I'd go here over La Hacienda for sure. Prices were fair and you get plenty of food. Staff was sharp. No complaints. There are some vegetarian options.
Found multiple hairs in my food and when telling the manager, she was very rude in her response and blamed it on the people eating when we didn’t have that color hair. The hair was deep in the queso and the other had rice attached to it. They still charged for the food when they didn’t bring anything new out. Customer service was horrible. Never coming back and do not recommend
I have been coming here for the past couple years and never had any issues. Until today when we found multiple hairs in our food. The whole table did not even really begin to eat and didn’t want any sort of food in return just our money back so we could leave. Instead the manager decide to accuse us of trying to steal or get free food. I was baffled because we didn’t even begin to eat and wanted no sort of food afterwards. I will never be back.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! today my boyfriend and I ate there with two other people and they found two different hairs in there food on two different plates. The waiter offered no apology and after the second time he just gave us our checks when he realized we weren't going to eat anymore (with the hairy food items still included in the check). When asking to speak to the manager she then accused me and the other girl eating and said it was our hair and that it wasn't theirs. She then walked away from us giving us a "thumbs up" and telling us we didn't have to eat here anymore. After STILL paying for our food, we left the restaurant, appetite lost with hardly any food in us. I have been eating here for years several times a week and I will never ever be back after this. I would appalled with how horribly we were treated. DON'T GO TO THE WEST SIDE!!!
Wow the best tacos that I've tried in years, excellent prices, awesome customer service... I even order twice.
We had about 15-20 people and had called Denny's 4 hours ahead of time to let them know, and when we got there they turned us away. We called Los Bravos and within 5 minutes they were ready for us. They did an excellent job and we all appreciated how quick the service was!
