Great waitress very kind. We came in 30 minutes till close. I mean who wants to deal with 2 people coming in at the last minute . We rode in from 3 hour out got our hotel and got ready. They were so kind and were more then happy to take our order. We dined in had conversation with all the staff. If I was just rating it on their employees it would be a 5 star.... the food was okay... it was not really cooked medium rare it was very rare. The food is just tasteless and nothing pops. It's bland and we went there on our gunny moon 13 years ago that's why we go back 1 time a year to eat there. It's more out of sentiment then actually liking the food.
Rolls where amazing but my fries where cold, chicken was chewy as with my friends steak. Terrible place to eat and never again. $14 for 5 chicken tender?!?!?
We ate there yesterday April 11. Had a great dinner, could not have been any better from beginning to end. Not only was the food great, the service was better! DeNaya (Nay-Nay) was our server and she was above excellent! She was personable and checked on things the right amount of tines. Did not ignore you, did not overdue it. Everything was perfect!
My son chose Logan's for his 22nd birthday dinner. We had 10 adults & 1 child ranging from 1-1/2yrs old to 75yrs old. Everyone we interacted with was very nice & helpful.3 of us had different flavors of frozen margaritas (?♀️) & they were all good but were more like "on the rocks" with crushed ice.Everyone who had steak said they were really good. 1 had chicken and really liked it. 2 had shrimp & raved about it but 1 said the baked beans were awful. And 1 (?♀️ again!) had catfish which I Do NOT recommend! It was awful!!Overall, it was fine but I, personally, hope that next year my son chooses his usual birthday restaurant.
We’ll never be back. My partner ordered a filet and got a sirloin. We both ordered our steaks medium, and they were well done. My partner ordered a salad without tomatoes, but it came with tomatoes. We had to ask for our complimentary rolls. I watched a bus boy clean 3 tables in a row using the same rag to wipe food off the tables, onto the seats, and then wash the seats with the rag he used on the tables. However, the salt and pepper shakers and table placards were not wiped down. Ours were grimy and obviously neglected. On the plus side, their loaded potato skins and sweet tea were really good.
Salmon was over cooked. Service was slow.
I went in there with my family, ordered our food, our waitress was alright. My kids and I ordered our food, it came out, my steak was tough, my son ordered a burger and it was raw, and when I say raw it was raw straight from the package, not cooked at all, bbq sauce was over it so we didn’t see it until he took a bite. I wish I would of gotten a picture, but I was so shocked that it just didn’t cross my mind. Never was asked if we wanted something else, Manager never came over to try and make things right, got the bill with the burger still on it, I told server I’m not paying for that, she took it off, still no manager, just poor service, I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won’t be back. The most wasteful $60 I’ve ever spent.
Worst service ever the lady behind us waited 2 hours for a salad then waited who knows how long for a manager to come out. We got our appetizer and after eating it all the waitress finally brings out the ranch dressing little to late. When we finally got our food and started eating my wife was eating her Mac and cheese and when she picked a bite up there was apple filling on the plate under the Mac and cheese like that just used a dirty plate so we stopped eating and asked for a manager and waited about 20-25 min for a manager to come out and when she did she clearly did not care so we asked for the bill then waited another easy 20 min for that.
The worst steak and service. We were there on February 12th. My husband ordered a medium steak and they served it rare. When he asked for it to be cooked a little more it took forever to get it back and it tasted like it came out of a microwave! The servers were too preoccupied with playing with their hair to worry about getting us our food. Will NOT go back!
Horrible strong gas odor. When I asked the waitress about it, she said it was the fireplace and it gives her headaches. I left there with my heart racing and felt like I was going to throw up. Horrible.
