Disgusting. I ordered nachos and they had to have put cold ground beef, chips and cheese and a plate throw it into an oven because it was still cold. For authentic Mexican Los Bravos is. The place to go
The serving size was much larger than I expected. I could only eat half the meal. The food was tasty, not as hot as I would like.Like many restaurants these days this one seemed understaffed. So the service was under par compared to what I am used to. I'll not hold that against them.The overall atmosphere of the evening was very good. I had a good time.
We ate here this evening, and I must say it was the best meal we have had in a very long time! I had the Pollo Hawiiano… never had it before, it was so fresh, so different and absolutely delicious! We will certainly be back very soon.
I never take the time to write reviews but what I got from this restaurant was a joke. I ordered the “cheesecake burrito” for $5.25 and what I got was closer to a taquito than a burrito. Such a rip off. El Rio has a cheesecake chimichanga for just over $4 and it is huge. I figured I’d give this a restaurant a try but never again.
I called in and picked up my order to go. It was ready when I arrived, made to my specifications and as always, delicious! Steak fajitas, with rice and beans, add extra tortillas, because the quantity of fajita mix is very generous! 10/10 will do it again!
Would definitely NOT recommend a large group or party. We called a month before to let them know we'd have a group of 25, most places would add staff at the time or maybe prep for a large group but instead we had 1 guy taking care of the entire group while another group of 30 was in the next room also waiting on the same guy. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable in the room they put us in, I figured with all the space they had we'd be accommodated a bit better but that was definitely not the case.. When our food was brought out they slammed our plates down, there was also lots of confusion as far as ordering and the checks because like I said they had 1 guy taking care of like 55 people at once. You would also think that with that many people scheduled they would have cleaned the bathrooms or at least made sure there was toilet paper, but no such luck.. I will say our waiters attitude was great given the situation management put him in. But overall I felt more like we were being a burden just by being there and giving THEM business. Will not he going back.

Top notch food! Hands down best in Evansville. Bartender on the other hand was inexperienced. Made me a nasty drink and all our drinks were low on alcohol. Never tasted a Margherita with un taste able tequila.
The food taste good but the service was terrible. No tequila in the margarita but corona beer was apparently the only alcohol. Waiter gave excuses he had other things to do as we waited on our plates. Sad very few customers so no excuses of busy we won’t return.
