They suck. Always say “20 minute wait for anything” even when there’s a “drive thru only” sign up and no one in the drive thru. ???? don’t go there if you’re actually hungry
Service was fast and efficient but the chicken was so greasy my daught wouldn't eat it and it made me sick
Every single time I come here they are rude or closed or out of chicken, but Carlos in drive thru tonight was AMAZING. SO SWEET, helpful and accommodating. Glad they finally have good help.
Stopped at the drive-thru at 8:00pm, sat there for over 10 min. then drove up to the window where we sat another 5-10 before some guy came out of the back to inform us of all the stuff they were out of. He looked stoned and we heard voices in the back. Why don't you just close this place down? They were supposed to be open until 10pm. One star is too much. And don't tell me they're understaffed........there weren't any customers there.
I sent my mom to go get my coworkers and I lunch. After arriving the lobby was closed and serving legs abs things only, we only order sides. When she returned with my mashed potatoes they was green wig hair in my food. I sent her back to exchange the fouled potatoes. The clerks were rude, the did exchange the potatoes. The server's man's was Sherri.
I always try to give people a benefit of a doubt when it comes to service but after a few experiences here with slow service and lack of product I can say this place needs some work.I figured if I were to order 2 hours ahead of time using their "quik pickup" mobile program it would give them plenty of time to get it ready, I was wrong. I arrived at my pick up time that I let them know of 2 hours ago and my food wasn't ready. It took them another 15 minutes to get it ready which was about as quick as if I had just walked in to order it.I'm not sure what the problem is with this location but I do know they tend to be extremely busy a lot of the time. Maybe the company should look into ordering more parts to speed things up or bring in more employees. If they're having trouble keeping employees a good way to fix that would be to pay more and bring more in so there's less stress on the workers.My advice if you plan on ordering here using their mobile ordering schedule your pick up time 15 minutes earlier than you actually plan on picking it up.
If I could leave no stars I would! This is the worst kfc Iv ever been to in my entire life. They aren’t open before noon and close well before 10pm! Every time you pull up they have some sign on the door or speaker how there not open or how they are out of some type of food. When you finally get someone to answer the speaker there out of everything. Was just here lastnight said they were out of coke slaw and then was out of everything at 8pm and couldn’t order anything. Not even a drink. Drove around all employees were in front of the window on their phones. Just came back today attempting to get dinner again! And waited in line for almost an hour to be out of corn! They never have a full menu and definitely don’t make the company any better. Back door was wide open and cooks didn’t even have gloves on. The store is terrible and puts a bad name on KFC! Looks like kfc should stay in KENTUCKY! Also the entire point of the famous bowl is to have CORN!

placed an online order to be picked up at 11:45 today went inside to pick it up like the sign said outside. Some big guy inside said they were closed and to come back at 1 pm. He also said my order was cancelled even though they took it off my debit card online. So at 1 pm I reordered and went back after 1 pm. when I went inside there was no one around then and the counter was empty, then a hefty woman came inside and said they were not open until 2 pm. I told her what the last person said about opening at 1 pm and it didn't matter to her. I asked what her vname was and she wouldn't give it. Stated it was company policy. I then asked to speak with the store manager and she said she was the manager as she stood outside smoking a cigarette. To make it short I ended going over to the one in Henderson Ky. about 20 minutes away and they took care of me right away and even let me share my experience from the Evansville location. Now I'm waiting for them to clear my card from the 2 meals that I didn't receive.
Me and my family went there around 8 pm and we went to the Drive- thru and the most worst experience. They stated that they was out of mac and cheese and some other chicken .The lady's that was working acted as is they hated there jobs . They where rude and when we got our order and drove past the window they must have been in a hurry to get seated and turned the light off to the out side as if they was closing . When we got home it looked as if we got the left over chicken that was fried up last. I will not be going back there that is to much money for that kind of service.
