Gotta love waiting two hours for my pregnant self and hungry 3 year old. Driver must be out for a joy ride , called the store and they said she should be here any minute forever ago
Placed an order and never delivered. Called after an hour and lady on the phone said drive was on his way. Called back after 2 hours and asked for refund and was told they couldn't because the power went out. Ok, but how did you answer the phone? Ended up doing a charge back on my credit card instead.
Waited almost 45min in the drive through, paid, was told it was still going to be another 20min. I asked for a refund, then man stated he would refund my card but it never happened. Sent an email to corporate, who stated they would reach out to the owner, but have yet to hear from anyone and my card was still charged. Will not be going here again!
Come onnnnnn.. at this point every JJ in town is a joke. Sign says open, website says open, workers are visible but no one helped. I just drove away.
Ordered food for the company I work for and the order was placed only to find out we were charged and the store was closed. So then called the one on burkhardt and the guy was so rude after I told him my situation claims he was too busy and had to get off the phone. Won’t get big orders or an other orders in the future from us again!!!!!
Delivery Order hasn’t showed up yet. It’s been almost 30 minutes since the app said that my order was “out for delivery”, and I don’t live far from this place. Called the store to ask where my order was, and they told me to wait one moment, and they hung up on me. Won’t be ordering from them again.
Slowest I’ve ever seen it won’t be back. 30 mins sitting in drive thru. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there
We went to the drive thru and ordered 38 dollars worth of food only to get home and find out they messed up our entire order. I will never go there again.
Great customer service, great sandwiches. Everything is always clean in the store. Employees are so kind and welcoming
Freaky slow. Over an hour and a half for delivery at 2:15pm. When I called to follow up, all he said was “we have your order here but it’s not made yet.” No apology. “Just that kind of day” - which after speaking to others, is the norm for this place. And to top it off, disgusting brown lettuce on my sandwich.
