My wife asked them to remake a sandwich because it was wrong. The "manager" told us to stop wasting his bread and to leave before he called the police. We were never anything but polite. As we left he threatened us again from the drive thru speaker. I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I'll NEVER go back there!
Freaky fast it isn't. It's not the people working in the store's fault either. Cancelled my order after 2 hours of no delivery, assured multiple times it was on the way, only to find out they had only ONE driver working. If you aren't going to support your employees by having no supporting staff, don't even bother opening for the day.
I don't know what is wrong with this store but they take over an hour to deliver your food or don't have drivers . Freaky failures
Constantly closed when they should be open. Deliveries take incredibly long. Staff is so rude on the phone when they call with the list of neverending issues they always have (i.e. "sorry, we're currently out of cheese, out of meat, out of bread, etc"). Getting a refund for anything because of their problems is basically nonexistent. What's the point of even having this location?
Just sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no response. Didn't look like there was anyone inside when I pulled up to the window and knocked. Freaky, not freaky fast
Food quality was excellent. Staff was super friendly, and as always, it was freaky fast!
this location is constantly understaffed or has a poor staff, I have had deliveries take over 45 minutes which is not freaky fast and I have currently been on hold for over 12 minutes. I am disappointed every time I call, but I love the sandwiches. This has to be the worst run Jimmy John's in the country. Do not call unless you have an abundance of time and patience. I feel sorry for the employees the franchisee should definitely have to give this store up. I do not like to post negative reviews but this place gives a typically very good franchise a bad name.
Slow, wrong orders, intentionally not putting the right amount of meat & toppings
Ordered via DoorDash. Never received my order, waited an hour for it. Called the store and they said that they canceled the order without any explanation. Asked for a refund for my $30 order and they said no. 0/5 stars. Do better, please.
I have had a few instances where I have created a pick up order on the app and have had to wait close to 10 minutes before my order has been given to me. I have not had any issues at any other Jimmy John’s than this one on N Green River Road. It wouldn’t be a huge deal had I not created a pick up order online prior.
