100% do not bother customizing your sando at this location. They use the default settings every time. Myself and coworkers tested this theory over the last couple weeks, and every single order arrived with the default level of toppings, regardless of paying extra.

Loved the taste of my sandwich from there my only complaint is the bread is almost too hard to eat n hardly held in the meat cuz they are more thin than subways subs. Now I did notice the website says they disinfect between customers, but I didn't see anyone disinfecting between anyone honestly. Staff was friendly n very helpful.

2nd order in a row where my order was wrong. First time no chips, called and asked for them to be delivered and they never showed up. Today, one of the sandwiches was made wrong, the bread was rock solid, and missing two cookies. Called for delivery of the cookies, the worker disputed it stating she put three in the bag. Only order two and we did not get them. She said she would send them out and they have never shown up either. Would never recommend or use this location again! Very disappointing.
I’m rating this store a 2 because of how slow it is…. I placed an order an hour ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. Called the store and they mentioned the delivery driver was “in the hospital and on his way back” excuse me what??? How is someone who was in the hospital suppose to be on delivery duty?? That makes no sense
