Stayed in a king jacuzzi suite. Could have been updated a bit. Courteous staff. Nice selection for breakfast.
I like staying at holiday inn expresses. They always have comfy beds and a decent breakfast. This one was as expected. Good nights sleep in a nice bed. Breakfast was okay. Could of had more selection. We didn’t see the pool area. We arrived about 1 am and the girl that did our check in was not very friendly.
Room was clean. Check in was easy and fast. Only issues we had while staying was the fact that someone broke into our car. Eli was very helpful with getting ahold of the police for us and getting us checked out early.
The hotel is very dirty. Housekeeping is extremely rude. Our sheets had clear stains on them and housekeeping was questioning us. There is garbage under the mattress and dust everywhere. Even after asking for a new set of sheets, the new ones also had stains. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
We reserved our room ahead of time. We was told there is a hot tub so why not book a night for relaxation purposes. Well until we get there and there isn’t a HOT TUB. So disappointed! We could have reserved a room elsewhere instead of wasting time and money for nothing. Now they did refund our money because we didn’t want to stay. But it was too late to reserve a room elsewhere on New Year’s Eve night.
Been coming here for weeks, months and more than a year. Congrats to George retiring! I love the staff! The rooms are above par for this type of hotel. Price is very reasonable. Close to various chain restaurants and big box stores.
Front desk service was awsome. No complaints in any form. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip
Hotel is professional and couple friendly. Family friendly? That's a joke. Dont let your kids make a peep or you got uncle stan having a hemorrhage on the phone about the noise. Just a great stay. Just DONT bring your kids
ANTS! I was staying in room 213 and suddenly there were ants all over my bags. I brought no food in and had no ants from where I came from. So, the ants were definitely from the hotel. The room smelled musty too, like wet socks. The front desk was helpful and got the room switched. I would also like to say the front desk had a great attitude and the woman I spoke to was very nice.
When we arrived there was nobody at the desk. There was a sign that said they were helping another customer and would be back soon. We had to wait almost 15 minutes (even after calling) to check-in. The clerk when he arrived didn't acknowledge that we had to wait. In our room there was a used soap in the shower (wrapper in the garbage). One of the lights by the bed didn't work - turned out it was unplugged. There were 2 regular and only 1 decaf coffees. Found a quarter under the chair foot rest (must not have been moved when the room was cleaned). The light-weight curtain was badly ripped. In the bathroom the top of the floor molding was dirty. Tile in the entry way was broken. The air conditioner was noisy and didn't dehumidify the room so that the room felt cold but clamy.
