Worked here eighteen years ago and I haven't been back since. However, we received a gift card for Christmas and since it's our anniversary weekend, we decided to go for lunch. I still don't like the ketchup-like salsa, but they had a chunky salsa and Verde option that I got, they were pretty good. We also ordered the white queso with refried beans and it was very good! My husband got the taste of Hacienda and I wanted to try the quesabirria tacos! They're messy, but incredible! The flavor was rich and spot on! Since it didn't come with any sides, I ordered a side of rice that was ok. I put some salsa in the rice and it made it 100% better! I hope they keep the quesabirria tacos! I also saw that they have truck tacos that I would like to try. We still had plenty of leftovers and took them home. Abbie was our server and did a great job! We will be back!

Had a wonderful server named Hope! She was the best server I've dealt with in a long while, very polite, attentive, and truly would of gave her over the tip she got. She was given the right amount and if I had more money she very much deserved triple of the regular price tip! Thanks ❤
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Our waitress was very efficient and attentive. Food was quick to arrive and delicious.Hacienda is a staple in our choices. Always good food and fast service.
Terrible! First they changed their menu and got rid of some of the better items they had which was already a disappointment. But then we order other food and nearly Everything tasted like licking the top of a salt shaker! It was the only Flavor in any of their food! It was so awful we didn't finish any of the food and sent most of it back. The worst part, we figured at least the waffle fries should be OK to eat so we put them in a box to take home to my sister, the plate under the fries was literally Covered in salt! There was so much salt that we tilted the plate to see how much it really was - it COVERED about 1/5 of the plate!! There was Literally about 1/2 a salt shaker on the plate. Disgusting. I will never go there to eat again. Only thing worth getting is the frozen Margaritas!
If you want a good Mexican meal, stay away from here. Better off going to Taco Bell. I could not believe how much the place has gone down. Floors and wall soiled if this is what the customers see what does the kichen look like. Prices high. My waitress was great, the only high poInt.

We booked a room for a small birthday party and they double booked us and only sang to the other party (who arrived after us) until we said something. We also waited over a hour for one of our friends food only for her to get horribly sick later that night.
Amazing food in a warm atmosphere. The wet burrito tasted fresh and was served hot. The guacamole was fresh and the tortilla chips were served warm, which I loved. The waitress was very friendly and checked on the table often. Price was a bit high, but well worth the food and service.
Overall unpleasant and frustrating.The food was mediocre at best arriving lukewarm and lacking flavor. The service was poor due to being understaffed on servers. Even drinks took a long time while asking the staff for updates.Ingredients unavailable for meals so they were left off instead of replaced. Food in general was poor. Tasting old, stale, and unpalatable.
