Service is usually very good. They bring out chips and salsa to enjoy while waiting for your food. I typically ask for their green salsa as well and get a little of both salsa on my chips for optimum flavor. The ski flavored frozen margarita at the west side location is beyond amazing. My favorite dish there is the shredded beef chimi.
The flavors are bland and not authentic at all. All rice and beans were served in bowls and weren’t included with entrees. Okay chips but Ketchup flavored red salsa and funky fusion eats. Street tacos were served burnt with a mild salsa, lime ranch and soy sauce. Enchiladas were 90% cheese. Quesadilla was served wrong first but when corrected tasted okay. Food at best was edible. Waiter continually made the exact same jokes for each table about charging extra for any changes, was rather annoying.
Yum yum! The drinks do not disappoint! The chips keep coming! I always get great service. This is our go to on impromptu date nights.

I ordered a chicken wet burrito with no lettuce and tomatoes and it was loaded with both and the salsa was extremely hot it made blisters on my husband tongue it was that hot and I thought I ordered chicken burrito loaded and I got beef instead I want a refund or free dinner free the service isn’t this bad but tonite it sucked. Bad ginger

So food literally was cold! Ice crystals on chicken. Burritos were cold. Told the waitress who told manager and no apologies! Not even we will redo nothing. Very poor mgmt and staff. Need to learn how to cook. Lettuce smelled horrific. Strongly considered calling health department for temperatures off food coming out. Maybe still will so illness does not happen.
We love Hacienda west in Evansville, IN. One of our favorite servers is Corey. He is friendly and gives wonderful service. We love Corey!!Great food, reasonable prices and awesome service.
