It was excellent, our waiter was on the spot. I got the " famous wet Burrito, it lived up to its name.Hacienda is good food. It was wonderful eating our late evening meal.I would give the place a 10 our of 10!
I believe our servers name was Derrick tonight on bar side. Food was great, drinks were great and he had an amazing upbeat personality 10/10.
I was quite impressed with our experience. I would not recommend the burrito bowl, but the other was really good. They also have some of the best chips and salsa around.
This is a great Hacienda location. The staff are all excellent. It is very well managed and their food is always spot on. The place is always clean and they can handle the busy times very well. Their classic wet burrito is consistently delicious. Had their fresh tacos and they are really great

Waitress was awesome. Seated quickly. Order steak fajitas. Vegetables, rice and beans were excellent. Steak was improperly marinated, cut incorrectly and full of gristle.
Great Mexican restaurant. Food is good and ther service has always been good, even during these times when most places seem to be struggling with getting good help. Glad to have them as part of the North side.
- no tortillas for fajitas- Half portion of fajita meat/veggies- Fries neither fiesta nor waffle as ordered and in the box with the meat/veggies - soggy as it’s possible for fries to be and still remain fries and not shredded potato chunks- No lid on guacamole- Chimichanga was more of a burrito than a chimichanga - not fried and half size- No green onions in white cheese dip- Employees are not wearing masks as website claims- Take out employee reached into to-go box to replace the wrong cheese they had given us rather than just give us the right one and keep her hands away from the food.Absolutely horrendous meal, not a single thing was satisfactory, will NEVER go to hacienda again. Not just this location. Los Bravos DESTROYS hacienda anyway, just go to los bravos or get chipotle. Hacienda is not worth it anymore. Sit down restaurant prices for fast food quality meals.
Horrible service tonight. At the hostess station there were 3 employees and the manager. The restaurant was not busy. But we had to wait for them to clean a table. There were several empty tables that needed bussed. The chips were little broken pieces. When the waitress delivered our food it wasn’t our order. She apologized, removed the plates from our table and tookthe to the correct table. To me that was shocking! Everyone is worried about COVID, but yet someone was served that had been sat down in front of someone else! She seemed rather annoyed at us about her mistake. She did not deliver our food, she did not check on us, she did not ask if we needed more to drink. She did ask if we wanted dessert as she quickly gave us our bill and walked off. The food was not very good. My order wasn’t correct. Very disappointing.
