My friend and I ate there on May 20th which was last Friday . We ate mid shift lunch / dinner . My friend and I found a piece of plastic in our sushi.We were very upset . It was very noticeable that it was there .We also told the manager that they should check to make sure that no more plastic was in the food .When we went to pay it was upsetting to know our discount was not so much honestly one of the buffet meals should have been comped and the other the discount plastic in both mine and my friends and you didn’t comp a meal is very shocking .We could have ate that gotten sick or worse . The plastic piece wasn’t small either .Very upsetting
Drove from Owensboro to eat here, and it was worth the drive. Entire buffet was great, but the Mongolian Grill was the reason I'll be back again and again! Love the little Egg Custard tarts for dessert!
Great food and lots of choices.
My dad and I always enjoy eating here! He tries to stay on a low-carb diet, and I am on a strict eat-everything-in-sight diet, and Grand Buffet just so happens to be a place where we can both stick to our respective diets. We've always had great service, and if you're worried about freshness, there's always the Mongolian Grill option as well.
Food was eh but the main problem was I felt like the waitress was pushing us to go home even though there were seats open around us.First, she took my plates away and she asked me if I was done with my plate AFTER she had stacked my plate on other dirty plates. Of course I did not want that plate back even though I wasn't finished yet!Then, I had several plates of food on me and my fiance decided to take a break from dinner food to eat dessert. We got the check early after probably 30 minutes after sitting down and then 5 minutes later she came back and asked if we could pay. We paid but we sat there eating for a good 20 minutes after because we weren't quite done yet.Then she kept taking away my plates without asking if I was done yet.All in all very rude service. She should honestly be thankful we tipped anything at all because a lot of people wouldn't have given anything. Not sure if I can come back after this experience.
AT GRAND BUFFET THE FOURTH BOOTH BACK AND THEIR FOOD IS VERY UNPLEASING.THE FOOD WAS DRY, A DESSERT CALLED MILK FLAKE AND IT LOOKS LIKE EGGS INSIDE OF THE DESSERT. ANOTHER DESSERT CALLED RASPBERRY MOUSE CAKE WAS NOT PLEASANT. THE ORANGE PEEL WAS BLACK . WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. AND DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE ON IT .
I would give more stars if I could. This is my all-time favorite!! Food always fresh, staff always polite and quick to refill drinks and buffet. Alot to choose from. Very calming atmosphere. Just love this place.. May see me here lol☺
We arrived at about 3 and I got a few things on my plate and when I went for seconds a lot of things have been replaced with a sign stating this was for dinner clients only and if you wanted it you had to pay extra. I've been through a lot of Buffets and never ever have I seen this. So our choices at a minimum. I found it to be rude and disrespectful. I have been going there for years back but this has changed my mind somewhere I will never return!
Can't reccomend coming in after around 7:30 if you're allergic to shellfish, because that's about all that's left. Grill was closed, not a whole lot left. $15.96 (tax included) for a greasy terriyaki chicken stick, hard white rice, a bowl of chocolate pudding, and a Pepsi was quite disappointing.
Fantastic food! Great service! Lots of variety to choose from and prices are reasonable. Great atmosphere! Different prices for different times if the day. Yes, I will go back time and time again!
