Group of 4, Monday 6/6/22, approx 7pm. Worst money ever spent. Will not got back. Food was horrible. My chicken alfredo had no sauce. I don't mean not very much, I mean zero. I was given a grilled dried out chicken breast on a plate of fettuccine noodle that were lightly sprinkled in some type of cheese. Despite swimming in oil, the noodles were a dried out solid, chewy clump. Almost like they had been microwaved. My husbands order was the opposite. His Chicken parmesan was a soggy breaded chicken breast swimming in a plate of highly mushy Spaghetti. No where in the disciption of his dish did it mention anything about being served with spaghetti. Had it he would have ordered something else as he hates spaghetti. I will not even begin to tell you how bad the burgeres were that were ordered by the rest of my dinner party. I will say both also had the appearence of being microwaved/reheated..

This restaurant is a great place to get a steak for an amazing price, far out weighing the nearby Hornets Nest which is way over priced with average food...The Frontier has a nice bar area or a place to sit and eat in a family style dining room. The steaks here are flavorful and boast being fried or grilled. They have great house salads as well as several other side dishes. Check out their menu online for more choices before you head in to eat!!Like this post below!!!vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv

Let me start off by saying our server was hard working, and was doing most of the work. The kitchen staff is earning the poor review. I don't mind paying city prices for a good meal., but tonight was not a good night. We waited waited for 2hrs for our meals. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, BTW mushrooms are wonderful, then our meal. The app. Came out in a reasonable amount of time. Then an hour our salads, then my under cooked steak. Having ate all the app, salad, and drinks. I was not in the mood to eat my steak after waiting so long. I just felt that the cost of our meal was way overpriced for the aggravation. His fish was Luke warm having sat to wait for my steak to cook(not to desired temp). Now they comp.ed the meal, that is not what we wanted. So we left an exuberant tip for the waitress and bartender. The poor waitress kind of disappeared, not to blame her, she had probably been getting her ear chewed all night. The new owner was in the kitchen cooking also, and voiced her regrets. We will go back in a couple of months to see if there has been improvement. This was one of our go to places. The food tasted good, if only to temp. And not so long getting it on the table.

Our family dined at the Frontier the other night. When I go to a restaurant and it is standing room only, that usually indicates the food is great. Happy to say I was right. I had the Prime Rib, the best I have tasted in the area despite what other restaurants may advertise. The serving was substantial as well. My husband opted for the fried chicken, he said it was tender, not dry at all, and not greasy. It was well seasoned. The grand kids had 1/2 lb cheeseburgers, the sandwiches were large, and the kids said they were "awesome" Our server was attentive and polite. We were informed before being seated, that due to the volume of customers that our wait for food would be a bit longer than usual. As a cook, I understand, also hand prepared food takes longer, if you want fast food, or slop poured out of a container, then this is not the place for you! Was definitely worth the extra wait. Plan to come back again, soon!

I love a good prime rib and this place did not disappoint. Cooked to perfection and complimented with baked potato and small salad. The prime rib is was delicious.I decide not to have an appetizer so I would have room for the meal but will try next time. Our server, Jessica was prompt and attentive. Definately worth a well earned tip.I stayed after dinner and enjoyed the DJ. He was very entertaining.I left before the fun started will plan to stay later next timeI

We eat here on a regular basis. We ESPECIALLY love coming when Seth is working in the bar. He makes sure everyone is happy and having a good time. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Plenty of TV’s in the bar to watch games. The food is great and highly recommend the Fried mushrooms as an appetizer. We love these local gems! Great bar atmosphere!

Let’s start by saying I normally love Frontier. The appetizers were fantastic. However, we were a party of 5. My food came out about 10 minutes before the others. Then 2 more were served and then probably another 5 minutes before the other 2 were served. I was there a couple of weeks ago on a Friday, the place was packed and the whole evening was great. Tonight was a Saturday and surprisingly they weren’t that busy. Our waitress told us she had only been there a couple of weeks and I don’t really think she was the issue. I think it was from the kitchen. I will definitely go back, but hopefully they will have worked out the kitchen issues.

Food is great! Will be and have been back several times. Beer cheese is on point!

Appetizers were great. Everyones food look good. I ordered a Philly sandwich and it was mostly bread and almost a piece of meat on it. The bolony sandwich looked better.

Stopped in for lunch had the jambalaya and salad some of the best jambalaya I've had since New Orleans
